No admiten perros de asistencia, deplorable y denunciable No sé debe soportar está clase de despropositos. Los perros de asistencia cumplen una función vital a sus dueños, esa dirección debería dimitir en bloque, es inadmisible, va contra la Ley de Protección Animal. No recomiendo.

Es vergonzoso lo de éste hotelucho. No dejar entrar a una familia con un perro de asistencia para UN NIÑO. Contradiciendo una ley de bienestar animal. JAMÁS ME ALOJARE EN SITIOS COMO ESTE POR SU FALTA DE ÉTICA Y SOLIDARIDAD. Espero que nadie con algo de conciencia cívica se aloje jamás en sus instalaciones, y cierren este antro para SIEMPRE.

Me da vergüenza, por no decir asco, que hoy en día haya sitios como este que no dejan acceder a un niño con su perro de asistencia (no es una mascota, lo necesita porque le puede salvar la vida, y es obligatorio por ley admitirlo). Yo no necesito perro de asistencia, pero sí necesito ir a sitios donde las personas importen y donde se respete la legislación (a saber qué otras leyes se saltan). Prefiero dormir debajo de un puente que en este hotel inhumano. Ah, esto va por los propietarios del hotel, que entiendo que son quienes marcan la norma de saltarse la ley a la torera y de considerar a los clientes como “mercancía”

The team at Sansi are quite simply the friendliest I have met, yet they are in no way intrusive. The hotel and rooms are spotless, real sense of pride in what they do. The food is good and the location is close to a vibrant downtown. Really enjoyed my stay at Sansi and will certainly book again next time I am in town.

Honestly I am now ruined! I spent 6 days at the Sansi hotel and as a solo traveller who was there to do an intensive Harvard board course at IESE University, I have never had such extraordinary service. The staff were there to welcome me upon arrival with a complimentary glass of wine and from that point on treated me like family. Everything was beyond my expectations and having been to Barcelona before, I would never stay anywhere else!

Sansi Pedralbes is a charming little hotel. Perfectly located in a beautiful, green, and elegant neighborhood, it makes you feel safe and very comfortable. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and very comfortable as well - every tiny detail has been taken care of - if you need anything, there's a good chance you'll find it in your room. It's clear that the staff pays great attention to every detail and often introduces unconventional things. And speaking of the staff, I have never encountered such polite and helpful people in a hotel before. Sometimes you even get the feeling of a family atmosphere. So if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax in a beautiful environment, I highly recommend it.

Suite à l’annulation du vol la compagnie aérienne nous a placé dans cette hôtel. Établissement superbe, 4 étoiles, chambres spacieuses et très haut standard. Hôtel calme proche de l’aéroport. Seul bémol c’était le petit déjeuner, assez minimaliste.

I can rate this venue as one of the top 10 experiences not because of room size or facilities but for its amazing team. The Sansi Pedralbes is a 4 star hotel located on hilltop with stunning views in Barcelona's richest and safest neighbourhood. The owners and its professional staff are the 5th star. As a corporate traveller, it is not unusual to have the best room or view but being treated as a family member is rare and invaluable in the modern Hotel industry.
