The room they assigned us had very deteriorated furniture. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, we expected much more than a 4-star hotel. Very good breakfast and perfect location.

We found the property very clean snd the staff everyone was very helpful snd informative , the breakfast was very well taught out something for everyone . The pool was an added bonus and clean . The staff made this hotel a very good stay , at first we taught maybe it was a bit far out , but this turned out to be a very good thing . The area is very interesting and beautiful easy to explore and it felt very safe , even the people of the area was so friendly and helpful , becsuse this our first stay , we were told thst people in Barcelona were not friendly but we did not find that , the only thing we did find a bit surprising was thst done staff st dome stations did not know how to get to montserrat to the church if the black modanna, we found that a bit surprising as it’s one of the most beautiful places in Barcelona and the should be able to inform us how to get the train R5 our hotel told us the correct train no but it was a bit difficult on the metro as they did not know which station and sent ud to 3 different ones ,we only found it because a very kind passenger came with us and pointed out which dude snd which stop. We felt thst this should be very high on the tourist trail .

Front desk staff was nice and help but beyond that they don’t refill the refrigerator even with water except for on the first day. They will hold your luggage before and after check out which is nice. The pool is super basic but pretty. Never saw anyone there. When it rained it sounded like a dryer with rocks in it and it was impossible to sleep. I’m not sure what the rain hit but my parents had the same issue in their room. The worst part is the walls are paper thin and I mean paper thin. Every morning at 7 someone would wake me up by leaving their room or being outside their room. So basic my big complaint is quality of sleep since it will be hard to with all the sound

Everything of practical use is provided for and well thought through. The only reason I gave a 'good' rather than 'excellent' review is entirely personal: I prefer a less generic and more local style of hotel. But for efficiency and convenience I would book again.

L’hôtel est assez calme et parfait pour un séjour familial. Le personnel est vraiment serviable et gentil (mention spécial aux dames du petit déjeuner). La piscine est malheureusement froide est c’est l’un des points négatifs car avoir un beau temps ne veut pas dire se baigner dans de l’eau très froide sachant que la piscine n’est pas au soleil. L’hôtel est située en pleine cote donc si vous n’êtes pas cascadeur laissez tomber 😅
