Si tratta di una struttura composta da più unità immobiliari nel centro abitato di Scalea (CS) nello stabile dove hanno sede le poste. C'è poco altro da aggiungere se non il fatto che ho soggiornato la notte del 22 e 23 maggio 2009 in occasione di un motoraduno che ha richiamato in loco migliaia di motociclisti e che facevo parte di un gruppo di lavoro che ha fornito servizi di animazione e spettacolo. Indecente sotto ogni aspetto lo stato dell'unità abitativa a me assegnata (5C): varcata la soglia sono stato assalito da un tanfo che era un misto di puzza di chiuso, di umidità e di deiezioni. Le finestre sono state spalancate per 48 ore e non è bastato! Per non parlare poi delle condizioni del piano cottura e di tutte le superfici, oltre all'assenza di una tenda per la doccia ed agli impianti elettrici che non mi sembravano a norma (ma qui non esprimo certezza, non sono competente in materia e mi limito all'aspetto vetusto e logoro di prese e interruttori) E' indispensabile avvertire gli utenti che devono assolutamente evitare di incappare in una simile disavventura. Ma chi vigila su simili obbrobbri? E' una cosa talmente indecente da lasciare un pessimo ricordo di una località piuttosto carina...

The port at 2.4 km. 70% of the visits are made on foot, otherwise, you walk to Pza Cataluña and from there the tourist buses that take you around the city. You have 3 different mini-supermarkets at 150 meters each. Pharmacies, 2 different, 200 meters each. A bakery at 300 meters. Paseo de Gracia has all the top brands on the avenue, meters from the hotel. For example, Vuitton is around the corner from the hotel. The apartments: they are impeccable, furniture in excellent condition, super level mattresses, bathrooms with hydro, top brand air conditioners. All the utensils, pans, nothing was missing, down to the smallest detail. The cleaning of the apartments, € 50 per day, expensive in my opinion but the apartments justify it…..they are really top. The apartment complex is in front of the hotel, you enter with the same card that you enter your apartment. The staff is not good, you have to beg them to attend to you, when a problem arises they lack development, they do not have spontaneity. In my case, I ended up always asking to speak with Manuel, who showed initiative and resolution, practicality. Really, a hotel like this cannot have personnel who do not know how to deal with a problem. It was a complete disappointment.
