The bed smelled bad. The room key doesn't work properly, and you have to keep going back to reception. The gym is very small for such a large hotel.

The hotel is quite old. A male staff member broke in without knocking when I was sleeping early in the morning... I was given two room cards, one could not be used for the elevator and the other could not be used for the room... It's outrageous
