The hotel's location was difficult to find, and there was no advance notice of how to check in, so I had to call the front desk by international phone when I arrived nearby (around 7:30 p.m.).
There was no one at the front desk at that time, and I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password in the room, so I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi.
The bed was clean, and the bathroom was very clean.
I'd like to stay here again if they would email me in advance about how to check in.

The receptionist does not understand English, when we arrived earlier, she said we can only check in after 3 pm. We were ok with the strict check in time. When we requested to let them keep out lug gages, the staff did not understand anything, and kept saying 3 pm. I was very frustrated and increased voice, then we left for booked visit and Casa Mila. Then the manager called multiple times even I ask him stop calling me and it is harrassing. He said he reported to police and he did not give any appology. During our three nights stay, there were no room arrangement, no cleaning, nothing. It was the worse accomodation expericence ever.

The room was very clean and the staff were great. The location was good as well. I was happy to find a small fridge. We were taken aback by how small the room was. Not much bigger than the bed. With no natural light. In my opinion, this room (basic accommodation) works only for sleeping. It wasn’t a comfortable space to relax and rest up.

Photo sur le site qui ne montre pas la petitesse de la chambre, dans laquelle on se sentait comme dans une cage avec pas de contact avec l'extérieur si ce n'est une fenêtre qui donne sur une colonne qui monte jusqu'au toit.La proximité (ou le peu d'épaisseur des murs) d'avec les autres chambres nous ont fait profiter des douches, des déplacements, des lumières de nos voisins. Le lit était fait chaque jour, les serviettes changées tous les deux jours mais un passage d'aspirateur, une chiffonnette sur la tête de lit auraient été bienvenus. Mais comme il y a beaucoup à faire à Barcelone, on ne passe pas sa journée à l'hôtel. Quant à son emplacement, il nous a permis de découvrir la ville sans problème.

Avoid this place!!!
This place was horrible. Our mattress was broken. There was a huge divot in it and we could feel the slats through the “mattress.” We were forced to sleep, if that word actually applies, on less than half (of a full-sized bed) so as to avoid falling into the divot. The room was also much smaller than appeared in the photos. There is no desk and therefore no one works there except maybe 4 hours a day. So there is NO help if it’s needed - you have to rearrange your schedule to even pay (to sleep around a broken mattress). The location is A+, but I would not wish this place on my enemies. AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH IT.

Good little hotel for short city break.
Brilliantly placed. Lovely little hotel.
Clean.
Reception needs a make over. Receptionist kind and happy but language barrier a problem. Room was very warm. Pillows uncomfortable.
