This property was very nice and clean. The host was always available to talk and met us in person during check in. The area was located where dining and entertainment facilities were available. Placa Catalunya is only 15 minute walk away to meet the Hop on Hop off bus to start our tour. Grocery store is located on the first floor of the building and still quiet. We arrived early and our flight out was later but we are able store our luggage in the locker so we are able to walk around the city without having to drag our luggage around. Just need to be careful when using the bathroom as the shower room floor is slippery.

The property is great. The staff get back to you quick should there be any questions or issues. They were a big help in setting up transport to the airport for us. Ametiller Origen is literally next door and is a nice grocery store. Lots of fresh meat at the big market across the street. I definitely recommend staying here

We loved this apartment and can’t wait to come back. It was so clean and comfortable and is in an ideal location for sightseeing. Plenty of bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores close by. Public transport is excellent, but many of the places of interest and beautiful parks are within walking distance. Our host was very welcoming. All in all, perfect.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights, property was as described and shown in the pictures. It was immaculately clean, well equipped kitchen, double glazed windows to cut out all the noise. Apartment was well heated, had a smart tv. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Well stocked supermarket very close and a Lidl within walking distance. The metro was close by with easy access around the city. The property provided lockers for storing luggage post and pre checkout. Recommend and would stay again!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Barcelona, very well located opposite the San Antoni market and allowing easy and quick access to the best tourist attractions of the city. Recent apartment, very functional, comfortable and very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a good stay. Very good bedding, air conditioning, fairly good insulation and quiet area in the evening. Several shops, supermarkets, restaurants and good bakeries at the foot of the building. Count around €30 and 20' to come from the airport by taxi, cheaper by Aerobus... Cleaning service and towels changed during the stay if necessary. Opening of the building and the apartment by digital code, no need for a key. Very easy and fast communication with the Aspasios staff by email, text message or phone... perfect 👌

We discovered this property thanks to a "lastminute" booking. We had a great time. Clean and very spacious apartments, equipped with everything you need. The apartments are located a few steps from the subway and close to many places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The neighborhood is very lively and frequented by locals. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and the bathroom linen will also be changed during your stay. There is everything from the phone to the washing machine and dishwasher, 2 ovens, pots, condiments, coffee, water, nothing is missing! I recommend that if you book here...remember to call the reception about half an hour before your arrival to do all the check-in operations.
