The pillows were oddly small and lumpy. Advertised free breakfast that was a joke. Small bagel without any thing but cream cheese to spread…how hard is it to have at least butter. Only sugar for coffee, no sweetner…my husband is a diabetic and cannot do sugar. There were 2types of cereal. That’s it!

All was just fine. I went to the New River Gorge, that was cool. Crazy winding roads you have here in the mid-atlantic! It's making me say 200 characters, I have nothing more to add. Hotel does NOT TAKE PETS. Not much else to say. It had a bed, pillows, shower, blanket!!!

Disappointed is an understatement!
Where to begin: the floor was filthy, new beds super uncomfortable,breakfast was a joke with two pieces of bread and weak coffee, cereal (one selection, no milk). I went down for fresh towels and was told housekeeping would bring them, 4 hours later I went back to inquire about them. Was told to wait 5 minutes and finally she brought stain filled towels and wash clothes. This was a terrible experience. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve. It was cheap, by all means everything about the place including price. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!

No breakfast except cereal. Coffee was terrible, lids and creamer were out. Juice machine was broken. Fridge froze all of my food. Pillows were very thin. Cable was very limited, no movie channels. Light switch at room entrance didn't work. Curtains didn't keep out the light. Lots of construction worker's trucks woke me up at 5:00 am. No elevator and only stairs, ADA ramp was on the other side of the building.

It’s a decent place to lay your head if you can’t keep your eyes open while driving- other than that this place is a HARD pass.
Poop stains in toilet, 3 pillows on a king size bed, a vintage hair dryer that smells like it might catch on fire, noisy neighbors and the my favorite limited breakfast options would be nice- I poured milk out of an almost empty gallon jug into a bowl of what was supposed to be Raisin Bran but was generic Frosted Flakes without raisins. Sad.
