Ottima accoglienza, personale cordiale (nessuno escluso). Camera pulita, ordinata e profumata ogni giorno. Immediata disponibilità per ogni minimo bisogno. Bella piscina esterna sempre pulita ed estremamente piacevole. Piscina termale coperta con idromassaggio, doccia cervicale, cromoterapia...il tutto in totale relax e tenuto pulito nei minimi dettagli. Il bar non manca nulla. La cucina ottima. Come abbondante la colazione. Spiaggia privata pulita e vicinissima alla struttura dell'hotel.

Overall this was an amazing experience. It is an old fashioned hotel, that would really need to renew decoration from my perspective and be able so to invite younger guests! Need a good gym, but has amazing thermal pools !! The best of my staying was the charming staff of waiters and people that always made me feel great!
When I got there my room view was to some bushes not very nice and I asked if there was a chance to move to an ocean view room even paying the difference, they made it possible and for no charge. The Hotel was pretty empty but it was part of the nice predisposition of staff. I also had a massage that was amazing!! Highly recommend the spa.
The bus can take you to port and it is a perfect way to move around.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns als Teil einer Familie aufgenommen. Das Innenthermalbad ist sehr sauben, beim Ausstieg liegen immer Tücher bereit. Der Boden in den Thermen wir stets trocken gewischt, das Bad täglich gereinigt.

Struttura molto accogliente con personale alla mano, cibo ottimo e soprattutto la responsabilità della piscina interna Pina ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi e mantengono la struttura sempre pulita e sistemata. Tutto perfetto e soprattutto con posto auto

Veramente tutto perfetto in questo hotel davanti al mare di Maronti. Ottima la posizione, pulita e spaziosa la camera, comoda la discesa al mare, importanti il parcheggio e il servizio spiaggia. Bellissime le piscine, soprattutto quella interna, dove la Signora Pina tiene tutto pulito e ordinato, e accoglie i clienti sempre con il sorriso. Impeccabile il Ristorante, dove oltre a mangiare molto bene si viene coccolati dal servizio di ragazzi eccezionali, e accolti dalla squisita cordialità del Maitre Giorgio. Insomma, un posticino da consigliare.

Scorrettezza nello gestire una prenotazione Oggi ho inviato mail alla direzione per chiedere che tipologia di camera fosse prevista per una offerta trovata su un portale riferita all otel san Giorgio spa in Fiuggi. Mi veniva chiesto attraverso quale portale stavo pef effettuare la prenotazione , ed io lo comunicavo ribadendo di essere in attesa di risposta x effettuare la stessa. Dopo poco ribadito la richiesta e mi veniva comunicato che non gestivano direttamente il sito e che potevo procedere senza per altro rispondere a quanto chiesto. SORPRESA AL MOMENTO IN CUI MI Accingevo A PRENOTARE IL COSTO ERA VARIATO , SICURAMENTE LA DIREZIONE APPRESO DA ME IL PORTALE CHE STAVA FACENDO L OFFERTA, HA PROVVEDUTO AD EFFETTUARE LE MODIFICHE , TANT'È CHE IL COSTO DELL OFFERTA DA EURO 232 ERA STATO VARIATO A EURO 347. Che meschinità un hotel 4 stelle Non posso entrare in merito ai servizi perché non sono stato mai ospite. Ma l atteggiamento avuto nella gestione della prenotazione è veramente deprecabile. Un hotel a 4 stelle che mette in atto un atteggiamento meschino per recuperare qualche euro in più. Ho inviato delle rimostranze con mail ma non hanno avuto la decenza neanche di chiarire oppure fare delle scuse . P.s. Ho dovuto inserire campo obbligatorio in famiglia x poter procedere ad effettuare la recensione
