I had an amazing stay at Hotel Hilltop! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made our stay comfortable. The room was good and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to Gondola ride, which made exploring so easy. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We stayed at this hotel in Gulmarg towards the end March-2025 and here is our review:
The good:
1. Staff are very caring and responsive. They helped a lot when kids in our family were sick due to bad food eaten outside the hotel. It is great to see there is an inhouse chemist in the hotel that helps with medicines even at late nights.
2. The buffett is excellent and you should subscribe for dinner buffett as well.
3. This place is the closest hotel to Gondola and main snow activities.
4. Rooms are warm and very comfortable.
5. They have a tiny gym as well which is very helpful to keep your workout routine going.
The Bad:
1. The parking is congested. I am not sure if they allow parking of vehicles overnight.
2. There is no accommodation for drivers.
3. Gym is congested.

Hotel Hilltop was an amazing property choice to stay in. The ambience, staff, food and especially the view from room was fabulous ❤️ during our stay we got snow all over the hotel and it was magical 🙌

Great property, food was so delicious and healthy..cafe of Hiltop has stolen my heart.. each and every staff of hotel was so cooperative if u call them at midnight then also they use to come within a minute..fully heated premises n very cozy stay u won’t feel cold even in minus temperature

The hotel hilltop offered a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and beautifully designed, blending luxury. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast dinner included in our stay with local flavours that delighted the whole family. Though a short stay, it left us with wonderful memories, and we’d love to return for a longer visit!
