This was the worst Marriott stay ever. The pictures look nice but I’m person it was extremely small. There’s no restaurant. The front TV buttons and remote barely worked. The sofa bed is not a double and very thin, found a goldfish underneath the mattress. The bathroom was picked up but not clean, the toilet paper was left from previous guest an only one extra roll was left to replace it. The bed sheets were not washed, there was static when moving them, the pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I will be emailing corporate but this property is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Front Night staff and Night kitchen person was very nice, helpful and respectful so they’re not to blame. I will never stay here again with my money

I stay in a gazillion hotels for business travel, and I know how bad things can get. HOWEVER: This place made everything easy. It is clean, new, well-managed, employees are very keen to make your stay perfect. In-house restaurant. Food is fine; prices too. Great parking. Great location. No complaints. Go here.

Our Hilton Garden Inn Memphis/Southaven, MS hotel is located minutes from Memphis in the suburb of Southaven, Mississippi. We are close to numerous restaurants, shopping, entertainment, office buildings and industrial parks. Major nearby corporations are Medtronic, CarQuest, Baptist Memorial Hospital and Fed Ex. We are located adjacent to the new Southaven Towne Center which offers over 20 restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The Hilton Garden Inn Memphis/Southaven hotel features 117 rooms, each equipped with a spacious work desk with two phones (2 lines each), voicemail and data port, as well as the Mirra ergonomic chair by Herman Miller. Each room also offers the Garden Sleep System, and high definition television. A hospitality center in each room includes a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Iron, ironing board and hair dryers are in all rooms.
Our Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Mississippi has a business center that is complimentary to guests and accessible 24 hours a day. Our restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and is open from 6am to 10am and 5pm to 10pm. Room service is available daily from 6am to 10pm. An indoor pool with whirlpool and fitness center is also available.

This is really one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I traveled weekly for many years. The people here are so nice and friendly and the overall service is excellent. Latoya, one of the staff housekeepers was the most polite and gracious person I've ever met in any hotel!! This is a ”Must Stay” hotel for sure!

GGuest UserHome2 Suites Southaven is a great hotel to stay. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is surrounded by lots of shopping and lots of restaurants. The hotel is located off the highway and accessible to all of your needs.

GGuest UserEverything was great. I need a very firm mattress to sleep on and the mattress was very comfortable to my daughter but was not as great for me for a full night of sleep. I seriously think I would have been better if I slept on the floor. I think there should be at least one room with very firm mattresses available for one bed in case they are needed. 😂🥰. Also I asked on the first morning about having the deadbolt fixed as it would not lock on my door. The lady at the desk said maintenance would fix it and when we came back later that night it still was not fixed. So all we had was the safety latch. The staff was very polite and everything else was great.

GGuest UserThe positive elements of this room are: a desk top that multi functions as a dining table for two (desk chair and side chair); comfortable pillows, fine quality sheets and highly absorbent towels; and staff who were customer focused. My husband enjoyed the recliner. The downsides were: silverware was missing and there was not back up to replace it; a timer knob controls the electricity to the stovetop (it was missing and dinner was delayed a bit while the staff found a replacement); the cooking utensils were very limited - only a fork and hard spatula - please add a large spoon and perhaps a rubber spatula; we had only 1 mug and the desk clerk brought us two matching ones. For a long-stay motel, the provided cooking/dining items are very limited. While this didn’t matter to us, please note that Candlewood Suites do not serve a complimentary breakfast. We will try this brand again and we’ll inventory the kitchen upon arrival so we are not delayed at dinner time.

MMPerez7575I will stay here every time we pass through, and I almost don’t want anyone to know about my secret gem. This property is not “fancy,” but it IS well-maintained, safe, comfy, clean, has a great breakfast, competent staff, a pool! And it’s surprisingly affordable. The people running this place deserve every award they display at the front desk.

GGuest UserThis Hampton Inn DOES NOT represent the Hampton Inn Brand whatsoever!! And I have stayed in Many Hampton Inn's! Does this particular Hampton get a pass because it's located in a part of Memphis that has seen a lot of wear and tear? Absolutely Not!! Filthy elevators, and once in our room needing to use the restroom and seeing URINE on the seat of the toilet was a HUGE Deal Breaker in my book!! Granted, it was a small dot *which I took care of myself with a wash cloth and hand sanitizer but there is absolutely No Excuse for this! The bathroom floor had layers of dust and white specs of paper mopped into the corners. My husband tried to take a shower, but the shower door (which is on steel rollers) kept sliding open! Really?? I went downstairs to purchase a regular size candy bar from their snack bar area and saw the price of $2.75 for it. Needless to say, I took a pass on that. Obviously some ”price gouging” going on here. They are listing this hotel at $155.00/night. This hotel does NOT warrant that kind of pricing. If any good can come from this review, it would be to have someone from their corporate offices to read this! If you read this and feel the need to stay here anyway, do so at your own risk! And stay away from Room #308.
