GGuest UserThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

AAine CaoThe location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking.
I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time
After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

GGary Cho WaI always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown.
Toilet is way too low in the washroom.
I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise.
Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. Overall, the experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory and cost-effective. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back here in the future 👏.

GGuest UserWe chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

GGuest UserAfter clearing customs, the hotel shuttle was easy to catch at Exit 5, running every half hour, which was very convenient. The rooms come with a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays if you plan to grocery shop and prepare your own meals to save some money. The breakfast was also excellent.

We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it.
Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good.
The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small.
You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms.

GGuest UserWe were happy to have booked this hotel. Upon arriving at Miami International Airport, we went quickly to Door 5 on level 2 to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The wait was not long. Everything was smooth. We observed that the driver drove slowly passing every door and looked out if there were people waving to him. Such a great service.
The location of the hotel is good that we could travel by bus 7 to downtown Miami and went opposite direction to Dophin Mall.

GGuest UserRoom, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.
