I had to give 5 dollars and then write it clearly before I changed the new bath towels and toilet paper and sucked the floor and took out the garbage. Then the refrigerator has been leaking, the condensation function is very poor, my milk has not expired for five days, even because the housekeeping has turned off the total power supply, so the refrigerator has also affected. The air conditioner was really noisy when it was operating, and I was awakened by the sound of the air conditioner several times in the middle of the night. The soundproofing is very poor. I can hear the speech in the family room next door, and even there are children playing with the fire door. This makes me very scared, because the door can lead to the next room. Although it is locked, the door handle is vigorously swinging up and down. It will make people afraid. The experience was even more unhappy. When I was going to check out, the counter said that I had not received the full fee, but when I booked before going abroad, I had already swiped the credit card and the system and the bill were displayed. Then I had to swipe more than 5700 Taiwan dollars to check out at the hotel. At the moment, I have to swipe my card to check out. After that, I called the platform. This seems to be a problem with the platform and the hotel. SSextantisGood location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels.
Large and clean bathroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike.
Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

GGuest UserLooks new, good location. I always ***** sheets before I check out in hopes that none will be re-used for the next occupants. Today I was shocked to see a huge stain on the mattress; it definitely needs cleaned or exchanged for a new mattress!
Paying $200+ for one night should include breakfast, however it didn't.

GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!

Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.
