Parking lot well lit for those dark winter months when you are out late searching for the Aurora and get the hotel late. Also visible security at night in the lobby. We stayed in a deluxe queen that came with free breakfast. Breakfast was better than most free breakfast options at hotels. The staff also gave us a container for food to take to our daughter who was still asleep after being up late looking for the northern lights. Room had space for our luggage and a microwave and fridge. The bathroom door is a strange set up. It separates the bedroom from the room but the second doorway has no door to the room where the toilet and shower are located so if someone is getting ready at the sink they have to deal with the steam from the shower or need to leave to provide privacy for someone to use the toilet. A door could make this set up so much better.

We loved the hotel's location. We were only going to be in Fairbanks for two nights (one of which was spent chasing the aurora), so we needed somewhere central. The Springhill Suites was walking distance to two excellent restaurants: The Crepery and Big Daddy's BBQ. For souvenir shopping, it was right across the road from Arctic Traveller's Gift Shop. And for last-minute winter/outdoor clothing, Big Ray's was just a few steps away. Despite being given a room on the second floor, it was quiet and we could not hear any street noise. The room was large with a very comfortable sofa in a separate sitting area. The decor was rather dated, but we had all we needed, like a microwave oven and coffee maker. We travelled during winter, and the room was always warm, but it would have been good to have somewhere to hang our heavy winter jackets. Service at the front desk was hit and miss; there were some who were friendly and helpful, others who seemed to be inconvenienced by our queries or requests. I'd like to give special thanks to Bernie, our shuttle driver. Our luggage was delayed and we had to make an extra trip to the airport to collect it. Bernie not only sent us to the airport, he waited for us while we retrieved the bag, all done with good cheer and reassurances that things will be ok. He has certainly set the bar very high for service.

If it weren’t for the warm air in my room, and I found small insects in the bed all the time, I would definitely give a five-star praise. I stayed for five days and the price is affordable. The location is excellent and easy to get out of the group. It’s really a good choice

The location of the hotel is good, there is a supermarket opposite, the parking lot is at the door, the breakfast is normal American, there is no problem with eating, the drinks are too iced, and everything else is good, the hot tub is late at night and there is no hot water can ask the front desk, the waiter is very attitude Well, if you hang up the Do Not Disturb sign in the morning, you will not be cleaned on this day. You can directly ask the front desk for towels and bath towels, and then each day tour group is the last to pick up. You can sleep for a while in the morning. There is a laundry room

Had everything we needed. Single bed mattress was too soft. Kitchen was nice to have. We saved money on food by having the kitchen. I slept on the couch, because of the soft mattress. Had plenty of pillows & blankets. Kitchen stocked nicely. Nice Room!

GGuest UserPoor management specially the manager. The room was untidy and was stinking. The toilet was dirty as well. When complaint about that to manager, surprisingly the manager argued back. It was totally waste of money. I will never visit this hotel again. I won't recommend anyone to stay here.
WWENThe hotel is great. The facilities are new, clean and quiet. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, toaster, dishwasher, kitchenware, plates, cutlery, etc. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer on the first floor, and coffee, hot water and ice cubes are provided in the lobby. Within 800 meters of the hotel there are Wal-Mart Supermarket, FredMeyer Supermarket, McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks, Cold Stone Ice Cream Shop and other restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and the front desk can make reservations to the Shuttle Bus next to the Holiday Inn (the meeting point for most tours). The only thing I didn't feel used to was the room on the 4th floor where we lived. There were no curtains, only a layer of curtain.
GGuest UserThis is super super, don’t look at it. The pictures are rarely seen and it’s not good, but when I went there and opened the door, I was stunned. It is a very large suite with very American decoration, not new but Definitely clean and tidy enough. The entire resort is also very large, with a small forest behind it. When I first booked, I was frustrated by the photos on the Internet, so I booked for two nights, and stayed at another hotel for one night on the third day. I immediately decided to stay here for the last night. Comfortable!
Ttang_ysIt's fairbank's not bad, there is a socket in the parking lot, not afraid of the next day. Very clean and very friendly, will tell you in advance when the aurora is. But breakfast has eggs, all kinds of eggs. But there is no other facilities, one said one, the heating is really fierce, the shoes wet to roast for 2 hours on dry.
王王Location: There is an open area outside the window, taking into account privacy and vision. The tree on the left side of the place where I live is a little reflective, but it has not affected much. Friends who have the conditions can set two more days and two more days to increase the quality of the aurora. We checked in on the first day at Fairbanks. Unfortunately, it was only level 2. It was hard to see with the naked eye, only the camera could take pictures. I only stayed here for a day because I had to catch a trip. I believe that if you catch the aurora outbreak, you can have a shelter from the wind and rain and slowly adjust the equipment. It is much better than hurrying to get off the frame machine on the roadside.
Transportation: There is pick-up. The two of us have been looking forward to experiencing the full picture of Alaska as much as possible, so the train from Anchorage came over, and the train in winter is called Aorura winter. After contacting the hotel, my brother and I directly arranged it on WeChat, so you can come from the train station. It ’s not recommended to rent a car. It ’s a bit difficult to drive. If you want to drive yourself, just rent a Subaru. This is Subaru ...
Service: The thief was enthusiastic, so he drank on a skewer and drank. There are all kinds of drinks in the lobby. I actually found my favorite lamonata. I was shocked. There are sour things. It would be perfect if there was instant noodles for breakfast.
ps. I wore a gore tex that I used for bowhunting in March, and this place is warmer than Chicago. The temperature is really white.
When I returned from the Arctic Circle the next day, I took a poor tripod + Fuji x100f wide-angle conversion mirror on the side of the road
MMENGHotel location is good, very quiet, close to the entrepreneur's park, clean, good swimming pool. The waiter also told me that there was aurora at night and the service was good.
