Clean and modern, good views out the window but could have been better, especially at this price. This is the first review of a hotel I've ever written so I'll try to be as accurate as possible and to avoid unjust criticism. I'll just say I wasn't happy about my stay. The only Wifi I was able to connect with was with the tour buses parked across the street. When one left, I connected to the next one that showed up. So much for watching the Tour de France early in the morning. The front desk said they were working on it but quit answering the phone hours later. Still had to pay the Wifi fee. There are better places to stay in Everett and there are worse. I visit often so I'm aware of what is available. Three out of five is not a bad review but it's not a good one either. If you want to stay in a wonderful modern hotel at a good price, visit China.

Marriott Titanium member but first stay at this brand. This is a great hotel. All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed. At first I was annoyed that there was only one USB port - at the desk under the TV, then I realized there were FOUR ports on the phone. I am a fan of the walk-in shower and attached large bottles of shower products. I LOVE the hydration stations that allowed me to fill my hydroflask with water and ice. There was one on our floor by the elevators and one in the fitness center. The fitness center was nice in as much as ALL the equipment machines were working...not a common experience for me. I only used the treadmill but they have nice ones with different programs and scenery. Room seemed well ventilated as well. Parking wasn't a problem. I decided to leave the vehicle outside and parked where I could see it from my window. No crazy noises or sketchy people outside during my stay. I was on the 7th floor with access to the pantry. This is heaven for me since free breakfasts are usually wasted on me. It was well stocked but mostly sweets and carbs which allowed me to indulge in popcorn and york peppermint patties. My only gripe is small and easily remedied... Attach more than one hook in the bathroom, especially if you're going to encourage people to reuse their towels. There was sufficient wall space next to the toiletries shelves for multiple hooks. All in all, looking forward to stays at this hotel and brand in the future.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe Great: Staff onsite were amazing. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly! We were here with a team and staff went out of their way to help us with things. The breakfast options were great. It changed a bit from day to day. There was no box for tips for the staff and they worked so hard they deserved it! We would just leave it under the Kleenex box but maybe the hotel would consider putting a tip box out..? Lots of room to eat and tables around. The Good: The rooms were spacious and the main bed and linen was lovely. The furnishings were a bit dark which I found revealed the age of the hotel but that was simply an atheistic thing. The gym was large with free weights, 2 benches, 3 treadmills (one was not working), a large elliptical and some recumbent bikes. There was also some medicines balls and one mat. The mat and treadmills were always in high demand in the mornings so I would offer my humble suggestion to get another mat or two and fix up that last treadmill. Also, the AC is the coldest on the gym it felt like so that was great! The pool was always stocked with towels - thanks front desk staff! It was smaller and quite loud in there but when you have a team in there, that’s to be expected. The OK: Nothing about this can change but the parking garage is quite tight for bigger vehicles. They post signs reminding people to take up only one space but that wasn’t always the case. The smoke pit, whether it be labelled or just where everyone goes to smoke, is in an alcove by the front doors. Be ready to be subjected to all kinds of smoke if you walk in the front doors. Do what you do but my child shouldn’t have to go through a cloud of **** smoke to get in the front doors. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was flat and you could feel the springs. We asked to switch from a king/pull out room to two doubles but they were full and had no other rooms available. The staff left another set of blankets for us to pad the bed. Didn’t have much of an impact but we appreciate the staff’s service! Overall, we would suggest this hotel for team and family travels. The staff is the crown jewel of this hotel!
GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here for one night as the next day we wanted to go to The Museum Of Flight. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly girl working there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait about 45 minutes as we were early. Our fault. She actually got us in earlier. Nice!! Room was very nice, comfy beds etc. The traffic in the area was just horrendous!! Especially after coming out of the Cascades. Way to busy for my liking!! Full breakfast the next day with all kinds of hot things like it used to be before covid.
Ffreddy yVery misleading website. It is not luxious. The FULL kitchens do not have an oven only a 2 burner cook top. There is no housekeeping service at all and guests are expected to fill out a request form for towels, coffee, etc. These items will be left in a bag outside your door. This could be a concern due to the hotel welcoming ”subsidized” persons. Then there is a placard in the room providing a link to make it easy to tip the housekeeping staff! Had I known that I would be getting such a low level of service for a more than average hotel, I would have stayed elsewhere. The breakfast is so-so with very little variety for an extended stay hotel. There are no vending machines and the water that is available is an over priced off brand that can't be purchased with cash. Parking spots are skinny so that they can squeeze in more spots. This leaves about 4 inches on either side. Imagine trying to get into your car if another full sized vehicle is parked next to you. There is a methodone clinic nearby so those folks set up their begging position near the entrance each afternoon. Fortunately, there is security 24/7 to reduce vehcle vandalism. The one bright spot in my stay was ”Dinah” at the desk when I checked in. She is very pleasnt and helpful. The others that I encountered acted as though I was a bother.
