The hotel is in good location ,away from crowded town area. There is a shuttle every half hour to the big mall. However, the front desk receptionist is lack of warmth. She never smile to customers and very lacking of empathy. I told her that my friend is very sick and we asked for late check out. She refused and say we have to wait in the morning to ask. We have 2 rooms and after much persuasion and pleasing , the front desk allow us to keep one room only till 2 pm. When we come back, the housekeeping was not cleaning the other rooms. Should have allow us to keep 2 rooms till 2 pm so that we don't disturb our sick friend. The front desk needs training. This is Accord hotel chain, we expect better services.

+ Good mattress. + Kind and helpful receptionist. + Food service (from outside the hotel) to deliver meals to your room. + Close to a food market. - It is a long walk from the main road. - Aircon doesn't cool as much as desired. - The sink is on the balcony outside the room. - The room looks old and would benefit from a new coat of paint (and a new bathroom door). - The bathroom is very tiny (toilet + shower in one). Not sure if this is a negative or a positive because now you can sit on the toilet and wash your hair at the same time. Thank you to the receptionist for letting us borrow the scooter to drive to the laundromat!

Outstanding

GGuest UserOverall clean and tidy. Good location. You can walk to the supermarket next door in a few minutes. Staff are polite and helpful However, the hot water heater was not working in my room. I asked the apartment customer service to ask questions. The customer service said that they would deal with it the next afternoon, but in the end it was not dealt with. I could only use frozen water to shower.
