Putrajaya Hotels with Bars

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean. However, the towels had a musty smell, possibly because they weren’t completely dry. The environment was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is quite large, so be prepared to walk a bit. Parking is RM3 per entry if you validate your ticket at the counter,otherwise, you’ll be charged RM8. The kids’ pool was a bit concerning. The floor tiles were broken in several spots, which could be dangerous if stepped on. On a positive note, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay! The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. There was also a live band performing on Friday night, the music was lovely and the vocals were impressive.

The room a bit run down. Can use refurbishment but I heard it is underway so cant wait. The conference room so nice.  My bed a bit hard but bearable. Gym not 24 hours. Room service also not 24h. Covered pavement to Alamanda was closed but I was misled by receptionist telling me it is present. Might as well tell it straight.

It has always been great to stay at Mercure hotels anywhere nationwide and especially so in Putrajaya this time. After a long day of meetings, the spacious room and the ever so comfortable bed are nice to come back to. My apartment was so convenient with all the basic amenities provided. The staff are nice and courteous too.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, which is in the administrative center in Malaysia. The hotel environment consists of administrative buildings. There is a beautiful lake and stunning views. The amenities provided are also good. However, for breakfast, it should be diversified according to the identity of this country.

The pros of this hotel is that it is conveniently located in the heart of Precinct 1 Putrajaya, surrounded by lush greeneries, and having a spacious room complete with a bath tub. Parking is slightly away from the hotel but the buggy service is always available on-demand. I had a room water leaking issue which was promptly attended to by the staff Mr Azizi and he even gave me an upgrade to a family room. The swimming pool has a nice infinity pool design and is able to view the sunset on the horizon. However, it closes at 7pm, and before the sun was set, I was already chased out of the pool by the staff. The operating hours of the swimming pool should be at least until 8pm.

Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik! I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future. The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping.

A very good stay I would say. Comfortable and quiet. Easy to check in and out. A little crowded perhaps due to Ramadan period. Overall i would book again for my next trip.

The hotel was nice and grand. The breakfast was average as compared with the other 5 stars hotels, but the restaurant staff delivered good services, in particular Raj, the supervisor. There was an issue with check-in / out services as there was surely understaffed. Only 2 persons at the counter to handle a large group of group travellers. The check-in staff was not very happy for sure. I asked a front staff member to make a toll-free call, but later, she said she wanted to bill me. After I explained only, she reluctantly put it to rest. Good is it provides shuttle bus to the nearby IOI Mall.

comfortable bed, spacious room. the only downside was the kids pool was closed without any notice given during booking nor checkin. the pool was supposed to reopen on thursday and hotel told us it will be push to saturday. we waited and was let down when we saw the pool was still closed and no progress on sat morning.
