Brand new hotel, with comfortable beds and great rooftop pool!
The room was very good with dressing room area, great shower and clothes steamer, which was an excellent extra.
The breakfast has an excellent choice and very good. However, the food in the restaurant in the evening although tasty it was served lukewarm and disappointing.
There was a minor issue with electrics, which was dealt with quickly and excellent customer service from the staff.
Although the hotel is new and good value, the area is up and coming, the stay was good and would recommend.

Out of all the places I've been to, Bertam Resort is the best! 100/10, totally worth the hype! It was the most satisfying staycation. From the service of the staff and guards to the facilities and the room. The staff are very warm with their smiles. It's great, you must go, and I will definitely repeat! The room is clean and comfortable. 👍🏻

YYoke KeongThe hotel is located in a light industrial area and it's quiet at night. It's new and clean. Parking is available but limited to about a dozen. 3 EV chargers are also available. The room is quite small and the queen bed is small too. Sound proofing is bad. The room door is heavy and when it close, it slams. You can easily hear people talking too. There's a water dispenser and ironing board near the lift. A Chinese restaurant is a few mins walk away. A RM100 deposit is required and there's some local tax on top of the room charge.

PPhilipSimOverall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the ”Penang Smart Parking” app.

The nearby supermarket is walking distance.

MMZ_LeeBooked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover.
However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

EEastherHi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.
