I stayed here on a business trip in Kansai.
It's very close to Senri Chuo Station on the subway and monorail, and is conveniently located with both Itami Airport and Shin-Osaka Station within 15 minutes.
The hotel has an old, worn-out image. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be switched between hot and cold, so even at 10 degrees, it only cooled (fan?). However, although the hotel has a historic feel, the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, so I had no inconveniences.

BBeedawnI recently stayed at Hotel Fine Garden and was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially given the incredibly low rates. The rooms are huge and come equipped with an impressive array of amenities that truly elevate the stay. Each room features a giant bed, a spacious couch, and even a massive bathtub, making it feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room.
While I initially booked without realizing it was a love hotel, I found the atmosphere to be clean, discreet, and welcoming. The added perks of free movies and karaoke made for an entertaining stay. Plus, the location is fantastic—super close to the airport, with free parking available.
Overall, Hotel Fine Garden offers exceptional value for the price. If you’re looking for spacious accommodations with a touch of fun, this place is definitely worth considering!

GGuest UserThis hotel was compensated by ana... The flight could not land and had to return... 4 hours on the plane, and then 4 hours at the airport to change the flight... The hotel is at the airport (but you need to walk along the sidewalk, don't go through the parking lot when you see it opposite... There is a basketball net opposite and you can't get through at all) The hotel includes self-service breakfast in the morning, providing bread and coffee from 5:30-6:00, and self-service after 6:00. The variety is Japanese, and you can still eat enough. It's not bad to walk 5 minutes from the hotel to Sukiya. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, which is very convenient, just queue up. (I also saw the scene of the police chasing 🙀 I was so lucky...

GGuest UserReally cheap. There is no room key or card, so you need to call the front desk to ask the staff to open and close the door. This may not be acceptable to everyone. The room is large and the bathtub with massage function is also large. For breakfast, you need to reserve the menu and delivery time through the menu on the room TV. When the time comes, a staff member will deliver breakfast to the cabinet next to the room door and ring the doorbell to notify you. The hotel is next to the highway, with free parking. There are several hotels nearby, but there are only two large restaurants nearby. One of them was too crowded and had to queue up. There are no supermarkets, shopping malls, or drugstores nearby, so it's relatively quiet.

SSiwen枕が低くてフロントのスタッフにもう一つほしいと伝えたところ、持ってきますと言いながらほかの客のクレジットカード対応で後から部屋まで送ってくると思ってチェックアウトまで持ってこなかったです。ナイトテーブルの電気だけ付けたいところ部屋全部のライトに連動されて消すと全部消灯になるからしょうがなく一晩中テレビつけっぱなしでした。こんなのビジネスホテルは初めてです。おそらくラブホテルから改装されたかなと思います。あとめちゃくちゃ乾燥でエアコンつけるとさらに増して消すと寒い。。部屋の広さと朝食だけ良いかなぁ。もう利用しないと思います。
