Despite being close to the city center, the area is quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated most was how clean the hotel was. Everything felt well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The overall atmosphere made me feel at home, which is something I always value when traveling. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is served à la carte and is fairly simple, but it was fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day. Considering the room rate, I really have no complaints at all. The hotel delivers excellent value for money and gets the basics right. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, well-located budget hotel with a homely atmosphere, I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. I recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English well enough to communicate comfortably. The location is excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Farmhouse and Bamboo Park. The cleanliness was good overall, although I would rate it 4 out of 5, as there were a few mold spots in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and plenty of choices for different tastes.

Room is quite reasonable with a big and comfortable double bed. However, the bathroom toilet is quite limited with a tiny shower place separated by the glass door. Facilities included a small swimming pool downstairs which is good to relax. Water dispensers along the corridor provides drinking water, a plus! Hotel is immediately next to the shopping mall Citylink and many good restaurants around, so eating is not an issue at all.

Comfortable bed, convenient to travel around, affordable price, safe and tip top service by the guest relation officer such as Leo who provide extended services during breakfast. I recommend you experience the bonvoy moment in four points bandung :)

The hotel's decor clearly shows a sense of grandeur, and the environment is beautiful. However, it's a shame that the rooms are in need of maintenance. The room door was completely broken and couldn't be locked, only the security chain could be used. The bathroom door was also completely broken and couldn't be closed.

Overall its comfy.. spacious room, great location, and fair price.. suitable for family, walking distance to shopping mall and foods.. but easy to get traffic as well locate in the heart of Bandung city

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.
