This hotel is absolutely very design-oriented, giving surprises everywhere. First of all, I want to praise the service! Really, I was moved! Because the hotel gave me ski tickets, I wanted to ski first and then check in, and I went skiing directly from other hotels. After checking the information, the hotel actually asked the driver to deliver the ski tickets directly to my departure point! The Northeast people are really so enthusiastic! So humane! The breakfast variety is a little less, but it is especially considerate of the stomach of southerners! Rice noodles, steamed dim sum for morning tea, coffee, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, vegetables, boiled prawns, Ito sausages, etc. are all very comfortable to eat. There is also a snowman army in the hotel's yard, and there are more than 300 of them roughly. The hotel's outdoor hot spring is also very unique. At night, soaking in the hot spring and watching the snowflakes falling, I sighed deeply and comfortably! Honeycomb coal bathing pool, duck bathing pool, iron pot stewing yourself, are all very interesting. There are peacocks in the hotel, and four or five alpacas are raised outside. You can ask the front desk for carrots to feed the alpacas. The hotel is also very conveniently located on Baihe Street, one of the three main streets. It only takes about 5 minutes by taxi to find food.

Definitely give it a big thumbs up. The housekeeper contacted me very early to confirm the check-in, arranged a car to pick up and drop off at the station that day, and helped contact the tour group. The room was exactly as it was in the picture, clean and hygienic, and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked it very much. The bed is great, but the sleep is sound. There are small bars, cafes and observation decks around the B&B (the schisandra tea in the cafe is delicious), there are children's play facilities, and there is a former air-raid shelter next to it. The B&B is off-grid with red wall folk customs. The park is close, and there are cats and dogs. All in all, it’s very good~strongly beneficial~

入住前事先與店主溝通了一下，感覺是個很温柔的妹妹，互加了微信，發了定位。因為腸胃不好，提出能否幫煮點粥，店主一口答應。我們一進院就直接到食堂吃上了熱粥，非常感謝。民宿院子很大，院子裏的花花草草打理得很好，還有一池荷花。房間非常乾淨，應有盡有。因為胃腸不好，不敢去外面吃，店主就熱情地請我們一起吃，給錢也不收，讓我們感覺很温暖，再次感謝店主和煮飯的阿姨們，將來有機會來吉林，還會入住的。

10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station.
Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the high-speed rail station, and travel is very convenient. ZZhuyueqiudemaoTravel to Yanji during off-peak hours, the hotel is very cost-effective👍🏻Not too far from the core area, you can go back to the hotel by taking a walk to the celebrity wall at night.
The front desk staff are great, enthusiastic and patient, and all the needs are met.
There is a Harry Potter-themed check-in booth in the lobby, which is very creative. There is a bar downstairs, and you can get a 10% discount on accommodation. It should be non-smoking. The smoke was a bit heavy when I went in at night.
Although the room is not big, it is quite new and clean, and the bed and pillow are quite comfortable. It is a bit inconvenient to drink hot water. You need to go downstairs to get it, or bring a portable heating kettle yourself.
Breakfast is on the 7th floor. The restaurant is not big and the taste is okay. It may be because of the off-season that there are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat.
Overall, it is really great value and recommended.

GGuest UserThis youth hostel is strategically located, very close to the Water Morning Market and the West Market, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The decoration of the hostel is very ethnic, and the overall environment and rooms are very clean and tidy. Although I live in a bed room, the quilt and pillow are very good, and I sleep very comfortably. In particular, there is a handsome guy named Xiaoshi in the hostel. He is really super nice and very enthusiastic. He greets every guest warmly when he sees him. On the first day I arrived, I took two suitcases. After the handsome guy Xiaoshi completed the check-in procedures, he directly helped to deliver the two suitcases to the room, and also enthusiastically introduced the layout of the room, such as the laundry room, bathroom, place to change shoes, and place to hang clothes. The explanation was very detailed. I feel that the other receptionist needs to strengthen his service awareness. Not only did he not say hello, but sometimes he looked like he hadn't woken up yet. Friends who come to live in the youth hostel still need a reception like the handsome guy Xiaoshi to feel warmer. In short, this stay was very pleasant, and I plan to recommend it to my friends so that they can also stay in this youth hostel when they come to Yanji. MMatannyThe Didi driver thought we were locals and said it was an old hotel to receive leaders! After arriving, it did feel a bit fancy, with many photos of leaders, but the room I booked could be newly renovated! The front desk lady was very gentle, the hotel was in a good location, not far from anywhere, and the breakfast was very rich and very Korean style!

RRuanbinggan0421In the small town of Erdaobaihe, it is only about ten minutes' drive from Changbaishan Railway Station. The hotel mainly caters to tourist groups. It has its own parking lot and the lobby on the first floor is quite bright. However, the room facilities are relatively old, so it is not that demanding to have a rest. The hotel also has its own indoor hot spring, which is usually given to hotel guests as a gift, but I feel that the hygiene of the bathing and showering environment needs to be improved. In addition, there are various Northeastern souvenir shops next to the hotel. You can mail them back after buying them. The most difficult thing to describe was the breakfast. There was no Western pastries, but a lot of hot stir-fried vegetables. Anyway, I am not in the habit of eating stir-fried vegetables in the morning, so I just had a bowl of millet porridge and eggs. Goodbye, Erdao Baihe!
