AAnonymous UserDuring the Qingming Festival, I went to Zhongyan Scenic Area to see fireflies and chose to stay in this hotel.
Environment: The entire hotel is located by the lake, with a quiet environment. It has a unique charm whether it is sunny or rainy.
Facilities: When checking in, I took the initiative to upgrade the room type according to the platform discount. The room I stayed in was spacious, with good bathing and bedding, and disposable face towels. But the room card cannot open the bedroom door all at once. You need to lift the handle up to push the door open. I don’t know if it is designed like this or there is a problem with the door lock.
Service: It was already 10 o'clock in the evening when we checked in, and it was still raining outside. The front desk staff learned that we couldn’t find the entrance to check in, so they came to the parking lot outside the door to pick us up. After breakfast at 10:30, the service staff will ask everyone at each table if they need it before removing the food. Any problems during the check-in process will be communicated and solved in a timely and friendly manner.
It can be seen that the hotel wants to create a meticulous and warm resort hotel. It would be better if some details can be strengthened.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel a sense of warmth and comfort. The room is neat, clean and spotless, all thanks to the hardworking aunt. The work is meticulous and every corner is taken care of.
During my stay, I accidentally spilled a drink on the corridor. When I was about to clean it up myself, the hotel aunt showed up in time, helped me clean it up with a smile, and thoughtfully asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. Warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home.
Moreover, every time I meet my aunt in the corridor, she will greet me cordially, which makes me feel particularly comfortable.
In short, the aunt in this hotel uses her hard work and enthusiastic service to create an extremely comfortable environment for the guests. If I have another chance to travel next time, I will definitely choose here again without hesitation. Highly recommended to everyone!
