The hotel is tall, although there is no rating, I feel that the facilities and all aspects are enough for 5-star standards. The room is large, well-equipped and comfortable, but I don't know why there is a pungent smell in the room. It may be caused by the dampness of the dark carpet. I changed the room and it was a little better. Hotel service is good, breakfast is very rich, overall very satisfied.

The room is OK. The price is 1000+. They charge for four bottles of mineral water. The price-performance ratio is just so-so. The hot spring is good. The main thing is that the hot spring children's pool is a bit too much. It was said to open at 10:30 in the morning, but it didn't open until 10:35. They said the person in charge had gone to eat and we couldn't wait. It gave people a sense of dishonesty. It didn't open on time because there were few people. The children went to play the water slide twice last night and this morning, but they didn't play in the end.

The second, what makes me most uncomfortable is that the hotel's TV screen actually has to be charged! What do the designers think? ! Although I am not a frequent traveler in the hotel, I will not stay in the hotel every day, but at least I have lived in dozens of hotels. The first time I saw this piece, I asked for money! The look is quite bad! I have money and I have a TV member. Why do I give it to you? ! When I scan the window that the QR code pops up, there is already a prompt that the applet has a lot of bad reviews recently. Please note that I thought it was a bad screen projection effect. I didn't expect to ask for money. I also admire this kind of operation! Another point is that when taking a bath, I don't know why. The water temperature will be hot for a while. Although it will not affect the experience, it is always a bad thing!
Two more suggestions: the space of the bathroom and the sink are large enough, and two towels should be hooked, otherwise it is very troublesome to run back and forth. If you don't have to towels, you have to throw the sink. Personally, it is not very acceptable. There is also a hotel of this brand and peers that I don't know what the competition products are. I personally think that I should set the c port on the wall, or at least set a USB power supply interface. I didn't see it, I feel regrettable.

GGuest UserWe communicated in advance and reserved a twin room with a courtyard. We arrived early and normally check-in is at two o'clock. However, seeing that we had a baby with us, they helped us clean up the room and check in in advance. It was so considerate. It really felt like a vacation and the schedule was not tight. It’s so impressive to know the prices in Bukchon based on your own needs! Nothing is expensive! Looking forward to coming back next time it blooms!
