Really a treasure hotel. The environment is good and the staff has a high sense of service. With children, go to the restaurant on the second floor to eat at night. The dishes are large and taste good, and the ingredients are not fooled. My husband called their chef directly 👍 The only downside is that the toothbrush is equipped with two in a room. Our family of three stayed in and asked the hotel for a toothbrush. The hotel said that it would charge! This is the first time I have encountered this situation. Don't lose in the details of such a big hotel. Overall a pleasant stay!

The room is on the third floor, facing the street, the decoration is very new, the facilities are complete, the electric curtains, the air conditioning is strong, the water pressure is large, and the use is comfortable. The area is consistent with the picture promotion, spacious and bright. The bathroom is clean and odorless. The bedding is clean and refreshing, and the quality of sleep at night is good. The surrounding environment is good, the location is a little bit off, the bus station is a big market for building materials, not noisy. AAnonymous UserI travel a lot and usually choose to live in Hanting. Especially this one, it should be newly renovated in the past two years. The facilities and equipment are very complete and very smart. Robot delivery. The hotel is equipped with breakfast, fitness equipment, laundry and drying machine. The key is very clean, the service staff is very polite and very enthusiastic. Originally on a business trip, it coincided with the weekend, I stayed in the room for three days, too comfortable. It is very convenient to travel around shopping and eating. As soon as I was particularly satisfied with the door, I took out my clothes and items. For privacy reasons, I didn't take pictures. The room is no different from the picture.

JJinzhougongjiaoaihaozhe首先我想説，我寫酒店評論一直都是本着相對客觀的原則，並把自己真實的感受和大家分享。把這段話放在最前面，是因為這次入住期間，受到了一些“請求”。其實我也挺糾結的，糾結了一下午，因為“請求”的內容和我想説的還是有所出入的。我知道這在某方面可能會給酒店方帶來一些不方便，但我還是説一聲抱歉，因為衹有把自己真實的想法和見解説出來了，酒店的發展才能更好。這次來遼陽找同學玩，考慮了很久，最終選擇了位於遼陽站前的如家酒店。現在來説説入住感受。服務：這次的服務，整體感覺良好，沒有大問題。第一，辦理完入住進入到房間後，前台給房間內部的電話來電，詢問房間是否滿意，並告知了前台的聯繫方式，有問題可以隨時聯繫。第二，坐電梯到一樓，電梯開門的時候，遇到了酒店的工作人員，工作人員很熱情地打招呼。第三，退房的時候，前台效率快，還給了兩包面巾紙，感覺挺温暖的。希望酒店能夠把這樣高質量的服務保持住。但是，有一個小小的問題想要指出一下，那就是在辦入住的時候，前台出現了短暫無人的情況。當然了，這個問題不算大，也就五秒鐘左右吧，就有工作人員來接待了。衞生：我對於酒店房間的衞生一直都很挑剔。這次入住的630房間，衞生大體上真的都很完美。甚至可以説，這次的衞生是我住的這麼多同價位酒店裡麪，做的數一數二的了，能看出酒店確實在衞生方面下功夫了，這點值得好評。小問題就是，衹是房間裏的一些角落有頭髮。其中，床單的盡頭掛着一根長頭髮，很明顯（圖11）。環境：酒店位於遼陽站對面，從出站口出來後，面前有地下通道，穿過地道後便能看到酒店，地理位置非常優越，交通也很便利。大堂明亮整潔，房間內部設施佈局合理。但是，酒店客房的隔音效果不是太好，晚上隔壁説話聲音聽的一清二楚。早上7點多的時候，走廊的説話聲也把我弄醒了。如果可以的話，可以考慮一下加強隔音的效果。設施：設施是這次想重點説的，也是扣分點最多的一項。房間雖然不大，但是該有的都有，能夠滿足基本需求。這裏面有一個很大的加分點，那就是房間裏有兩個過濾式自救呼吸器和應急手電筒（圖9）（手電筒親測可以正常點亮）。住了這麼多家酒店，能配備這些（尤其是應急手電筒）的酒店，寥寥無幾。雖然一個手電筒可能不值錢，但是能看出酒店把客人的安全放在了很重要的位置。如果真的出現緊急情況，這些設施真的能派上用場，所以這個細節必須點贊。另外，雖然介紹裏寫的是“無窗”，但其實房間裏還是有一個小窗户的。這個窗户是朝向過道的，窗户邊上配備了窗簾，所以私隱方面也能得到有效的保護。還有就是，房間淋浴的熱水很給力，加熱速度很快，温度也適中。下面就是一些小問題了。首先，630房間暖氣不熱，而且是一點兒温度也沒有；其次，630房間的空調在運行的時候，偶爾會出現比較大的噪音（視頻1）；再次，房間裏衹有右側床頭有電源口，左側沒有（圖14）；第四，酒店wifi效果整體不佳，有時候加載圖片都比較困難；第五，630房間其中的一個枕頭的枕套有略微破損（視頻2）。總體來説，這次入住，其實是比預想的要好的。週末酒店基本上都會漲價，但遼陽火車站的這家如家酒店價格平穩，整體入住體驗也都不錯。衹是有些小問題，尤其是在設施方面，我覺得還有比較大的加強的空間。如果酒店方能夠看到這些，還請對設施進行一些優化和改善，尤其是暖氣和wifi的問題。説句實話，如果我下次還有機會來遼陽的話，我可能還會選擇這裏。實惠的價格，方便的地理位置，優質的服務，連鎖的大品牌，可以説性價比真的是很高了。但這次沒能給出滿星評價，也可能是因為自己的評價標準有些嚴苛了吧。我衹是覺得，酒店在一些方面還有提升的空間。感謝酒店提供的良好的住宿體驗，希望酒店方越辦越好！

However, the service staff's proactive service awareness needs to be improved, and they are not meticulous and enthusiastic in answering guests' questions. The underground parking is free but they don't actively remind you, which causes unnecessary trouble. There are few commercial facilities around, but more cultural facilities. There is a typo on the afternoon tea sign. Is it really juice or fruit juice?

This time I came here as before, and the facilities have not changed at all. It is not recommended to play on weekdays, there are few tourists, and the open pools are less than half. Only when there are many people on holidays, the hot spring pool is only open 7.8%, and less than half of it is visited on weekdays.
