Really a treasure hotel. The environment is good and the staff has a high sense of service. With children, go to the restaurant on the second floor to eat at night. The dishes are large and taste good, and the ingredients are not fooled. My husband called their chef directly 👍 The only downside is that the toothbrush is equipped with two in a room. Our family of three stayed in and asked the hotel for a toothbrush. The hotel said that it would charge! This is the first time I have encountered this situation. Don't lose in the details of such a big hotel. Overall a pleasant stay!

The room is on the third floor, facing the street, the decoration is very new, the facilities are complete, the electric curtains, the air conditioning is strong, the water pressure is large, and the use is comfortable. The area is consistent with the picture promotion, spacious and bright. The bathroom is clean and odorless. The bedding is clean and refreshing, and the quality of sleep at night is good. The surrounding environment is good, the location is a little bit off, the bus station is a big market for building materials, not noisy. The stay experience is the most comfortable trip in recent years, and the heat is recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel has complete facilities and a strong sense of technology. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary, and the gym is free. However, the service staff's proactive service awareness needs to be improved, and they are not meticulous and enthusiastic in answering guests' questions. The underground parking is free but they don't actively remind you, which causes unnecessary trouble. There are few commercial facilities around, but more cultural facilities. There is a typo on the afternoon tea sign. Is it really juice or fruit juice?

GGuest UserThe room is big enough and clean, with windows but no view! It's okay just to stay in the hotel. If you go to the hot spring to stay overnight, forget it. Check in after 14:00. The pool opened by the hotel was basically soaked into a ”thick soup”, as if someone had rubbed it in, and it was full of floating objects! The pool was opened at 9:30 in the morning and the water was very clean. But there are too few outdoor hot springs open! Tropical rain forests are not open either
The restaurant on the first floor is not cheap, but it tastes good. The breakfast provided is a buffet, which is okay.
