I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how responsive and efficient the team was through the group chat they created for guests. It felt like having a concierge in your pocket—fast, friendly, and always ready to help. One moment that really impressed me: I had sent my laundry in (yes, they offer complimentary laundry service—not just machines, but actual washing and drying done for you!), and I noticed one of my socks was missing. I casually asked about it in the group chat while I was having breakfast near the reception area. To my surprise, I saw a staff member literally sprint off from the reception and return shortly after—with my missing sock in hand! That level of attentiveness was genuinely remarkable. There was a little hiccup when the hotel forgot our advance booking for transport. We were initially told to book our own as their cars were all taken, which left us pretty dissatisfied—especially since it wasn’t a last-minute request. But while I was venting to my friend, one of our butlers overheard us and quietly stepped in. She said she'd help us out—and to our surprise, she personally booked a DiDi ride for us using her own money. We were honestly amazed by that level of care, and it meant so much that we later decided to bring her a little taste of our local delight as a thank-you gift. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea, complete with barista-made coffee and cakes—a perfect treat to enjoy while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Speaking of which, the view from my room was incredible—lush, open grasslands that made every moment feel peaceful and grounding. They also offer a car service to take you to nearby points of interest, but to be honest, the hotel itself was such a gem that I could have easily stayed in the whole time. Between the view, the service, and the food (the in-house restaurant is also worth mentioning—delicious meals and lovely ambience), I never felt the need to venture far. This hotel nails it when it comes to comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Bonus: they have three adorable chowskis roaming around the property, and one of them can even open the lobby door. 🐾 Honestly, that alone made my day. Cleanliness is honestly so-so. Found used/opened disposable shampoo packets in bathroom when arrived. The in-room hot water dispenser is a small-sized mobile unit that connects directly to a small mineral water bottle - not easy to use plus it discharges some greenish fluid while trying out. The multi-level building has no lift so large heavy luggage is challenging (credit to the staff who would help to carry it up for you), but climbing up/down not easy for old people. Getting the right temperature in the bathroom is challenging too, it's often too hot or too cold, and hard to adjust in between. The hotel allowed smoking in indoor public areas, resulting in the whole building soaked in second hand smoke. This is unfortunately the biggest put off that spoils everything else that could have made it a reasonable stay. Overall, I would say the stay had been below our expectations.

Very satisfied, Yangzong and Xiaomi were very considerate. On the evening of the 22nd, they added me on WeChat in advance to ask me what time I would arrive at the hotel. They helped me turn on the floor heating and oxygen in advance. After arriving at the store in the evening, they also prepared instant noodles, milk and snacks. The next morning, it snowed heavily and the snow on the road was very thick. My wife ****, my wife and I were ready to leave quickly, and they also helped us to the pharmacy and bus station, and waited until we bought the tickets before going back. At first we contemplated to choose to stay here. But after much consideration, we decided to stay and forget about the price. As we decided that the experience here would be priceless! And we definitely grateful with the decision that we made. The whole place is so beautiful and charming. With animals running around, politeness of the staffs assisting our every needs, complimentary services provided by the hotel, this hotel is really cost- effective! We are greeted with warm tea, and then with complimentary afternoon coffee and cakes. Their coffee and cake are very delicious 🤤 We also get to experience wearing the ******* clothing and free photography session. As we are muslims, we need to pray for zuhur prayer. But the check out time is before zuhur time. The staff gave us a room to pray after we check out and we really appreciate their kind gesture. The staff also gave us free rides to halal restaurants and train station. We recommend people to stay here at least once, you will not regret it 🩷

The interior of the homestay is designed in white and simple style, which is very unique in the city of Shangri-La. The pick-up service is very considerate, and all the staff are warm and hospitable. The experience is particularly great! There is an oxygen concentrator and humidifier in the room, and toiletries are all available! I will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance!

The hotel provides excellent services. The best hotel to stay in shangrila. The location is very strategic near the supermarket and other food stalls. If you are a muslim, this hotel is very close to the halal food stall. The hotel provides pick-up and drop off at the railway station. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. It also provides extra oxygen in the room. If you come to shangrila, book this hotel straightaway. You will not regret it. You can communicate with the hotel if you want to go to the balagezong.

The boss was very nice. He called us early to ask about our arrival time, turned on the floor heating in advance, and upgraded the room type. He was very enthusiastic, responded to messages very quickly, and responded to every request. The fruit was very sweet, the room was very clean, most of the daily necessities were disposable, clean and hygienic, and the hot water came out very quickly. It was my first time here, and I felt that it was more convenient to live in the ancient city. I could go around. The room was in a good location. Whether I drove or took a taxi, I could get to the store door, and it was not far to take the bus. Although it was not noisy at night in the ancient city, the sound insulation was very good. I was particularly surprised that the floor heating in the room could make the bed warm, which was very comfortable.

we have excellent comfortable stay here. smart toilet with bidet, heated floor & heated mattress for your good night sleep during cold winter nights in shangrila (-8C). this hotel are accessible for didi pick up no need to walkout with luggages even the hotel was inside ancient city. easy access to north gate. the hotel owner can speak english & very warm welcoming us with 3 cute cats. we had a good memories here. recommended to stay here.

Good reviews! I have never stayed in such a hospitable hotel before. I am afraid that the boss will lose money. There are breakfast, afternoon tea, hot milk and sweet potatoes before bed, for fear that you will be hungry. There are also coffee, ice milk, cola and tamarind juice. Butler Xiaolin and the front desk lady are super nice and considerate. Knowing that we are going to Tibet, they sent a lot of oxygen cylinders, disposable slippers, sunscreen spray, several packs of warm baby, and even a sunscreen cover for the car. When we were about to leave, the car was about to start. They had just received the oxygen tank express and forced several more cans 😂. I must recommend this treasure hotel to everyone, and I must make them a lot of money! I will definitely be the one today!
