We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen, where we cooked meals from scratch on several of the days. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff were great, as all minor concerns addressed quickly either by front desk or housekeeping. We loved how close we were to the slopes, not quite ski in and out but like 50m from the lifts. Proper locked ski storage was a huge plus. The beautiful outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the dry sauna was awesome as well, we utilized both pretty much on all days after our ski adventures. Breakfast every morning was the standard eggs, sausage, hash for the hot portion and cereals, yogurt, fruit for the cold - we enjoyed it because it tasted fresh to us on at least 4 out of the 5 days. Little details like crushed walnuts and raisins for the cereals and the availability of hot oats was really nice. One day we were scrambling and arrived just as the stations were closing so no surprise there that breakfast was not as good. Indoor parking was available on site. Special shout out to the professional staff at the front desk, one lady seemed to be there all day and night on all five days haha so it appeared, and she was always willing to help. Tip: if anybody in the party has mobility issues be sure to request a room on one level. We will return on our next trip to Mount Tremblant.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Fairmont Tremblant on a late fall weekend. The staff are professional, warm and friendly. The beds are super comfy with lovely crisp sheets and a duvet. We loved the rainfall shower. We had breakfast twice at the ground floor restaurant which was terrific,. You can tell this is a well managed hotel as all of the staff are customer oriented. My only complaint: the front staff couldn’t find our reservation which led to a 15 minute wait at check-in. However, they upgraded our room due to the inconvenience.

The hotel is in a good location, but the price and environment of the stay are a little bit different. The 1st and 3rd people stayed a night for 1776 and felt a bit expensive. I heard a quarrel in the corridor or the other side, I didn't sleep well in one night, the bed in Room 3 was not particularly clean, and the bathroom was extremely small.
All in all, it is not particularly ideal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The third floor can directly access the ski resort area, and there is a free place for storing skis! It may be that the snow season is relatively busy, and the hotel's sanitation work is very general, but the service attitude of the staff is still very good. There are free tickets for priority access to the snow park, ice skating and night snow parks. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that when booking an overseas hotel via Ctrip, you must get the zero bill when you leave the shop. Because you have had previous painful experience, this time you are especially careful. As expected, it is almost double-charged. Confirm at the front desk that the room charge has been deducted!

We have been coming to the Grand Lodge for many summers. I not sure if we will return again. First the elevator was not working. The second issue was the fan in the master bedroom did not work. The third problem was the coffee maker leaks half the water on the counter. Finally I asked if our stay could be extended by a few hours. I was told someone was going to check into our room. I explained to the employee at the front desk all the issue I had asked if there was anything he could do to reach a solution. He told me he was sorry. Sorry does not do.

Nice place but a bit outdated. We waited two hours for our room. The people at the reception were patient despite the dissatisfaction of many people. No restaurant on site. No water in the indoor pool.
Two bathrooms which is great for a family. Good outdoor swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi.

This is a lake view hotel, the location is very good, the room is large, the back of the mountain is water, the scenery is beautiful and pleasant. In the morning, I also saw a small deer foraging in front of the hotel. The maple leaves around the hotel are red, and the fallen leaves are colorful, which makes people linger. The hotel is not in the small town of Cuihu Villa, it is quiet in the middle of noisy. A three-minute walk across the road is the town of Cuihu Villa. There are food, drink and play. If you live in Cuihu Town for two days, you can live here one day and live in a hotel in the town one day. This kind of lake view and mountain view can be enjoyed. We enjoyed a French meal at the hotel. The oysters were small and not recommended. I asked for steamed salmon, but it was wrong to become other fish. The waiter was sorry and said that he could make a salmon again. We said no. As a result, the waiter gave us a free order for this dish, and we gave him an over-tip, everyone was happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel!

Breakfast is standard at Comfort Inn and has eggs, sausages, waffles, assorted breads, yoghurt, and fruit (apples and bananas). The room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is open to the tourist town of Mont Tremblant for 15 minutes. Even if you live in a tourist town, the self-driving students can only park in a special parking lot (there are no places to park in the town's hotels), so it is better to stay in a convenient parking hotel outside the town and drive to the town. The dedicated parking lot in the town is free except for the VIP area of P1.

We were warmly welcomed by Martin. The hot tub was a wonderful reprieve after bicycling 60 km. The room was very comfortable, although it is on a busy intersection. The food was very good.

GGuest UserThis mountainside hotel has newly renovated rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom unit (queen bed with pull out sofa). Pull out sofas have come a long way! My 16 year old didn't complain - that's always a bonus! Full kitchen with all amenities and large bathroom. Very clean. My only tips are 1- bring paper towels as they aren't provided. 2 - return the ski storage lock at checkout. I did not realize we needed to return the lock by 11. We skied until noon and we were already charged for the lock within that hour. Chalk that up to a miscommunication on our part. That said, we were refunded the cost of the lock without having to call. I appreciated that very much! (Especially since the lock charge was $20 USD - which is redonkulous! lol) Overall, great place to stay and would definitely stay there again!

My first stay in Mont Tremblant and this hotel was chosen for its price and convenience to the “centreville” for shopping. The hotel and room were very nice. We had a studio with fireplace and kitchenette, very clean and updated, and spacious. The pool area was well kept and the pool an agreeable temperature. The shopping in the centreville area was not suited to teenage girls (my companions) with the exception of one store. Several stores however catering to a more mature clientele. We therefore went up to the mountain and the ski area - now branded “Tremblant” (forget the Mont). This was a village setting of stores and restaurants as well as chain hotels close to the actual ski hills. The girls found what they wanted at Roots and the Tremblant souvenir store, and we found a decent and decently priced restaurant (Pizzateria) for dinner. Much nicer than the downtown.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October, in a one bedroom suite. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. It looked out onto trees and the mirror lake. At night it was very quiet: no noise from the retail/food area of the town. Parking was easy in the underground garage. It is a very short walk to the main pedestrianised area of town. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from. Staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again were I to revisit Mont Tremblant.

HhuangaidiJust returned from Tremblant for a family celebration and stayed at HIE for a night. We arrived early on Saturday around noon and although check-in is at 4pm, we were able to check-in right away (room was ready) but more importantly, we were also able to use the parking facility right away (22$ for the day). Parking is easy access and underground. We had booked a 1 bedroom suite (separate bedroom) with full kitchenette, full fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, fireplace, large flat screen TV (another TV in bedroom). Great, clean, functional suite. Hotel also has an outdoor pool which unfortunately had just been closed for the season. Hotel is in a great location, just at the base of the Tremblant village, close to all the restaurants, bars and shop. A short 5-10 mins stroll to the top of the hill. Only small negative would be that although there is a breakfast included in the price, the room is fairly small and with the number of guests trying to grab food at the same time, it was a bit chaotic. Otherwise, it was a good weekend stay overall.

Our room was a bit too warm but solved this by running the fan only for most of our stay. We asked for and received a quiet room and had plenty of space for our family of 3 in the standard queen room. Handy to have a kitchenette, we were surprised that ours had an electric kettle and toaster in addition to the microwave and Keurig. We had brought our own kettle and an InstantPot from home to make quick breakfasts and this worked well for us.

GGuest UserSkiing at Mont Tremblant was a Christmas gift to my son. While the skiing was great, Tour des Voyageurs 11 was a huge disappointment. Check-in was fine, parking fine, location great but our room and the lack of management response to our room was terrible. The room looked okay at the start but my son walked into the bathroom to find two big holes in the wall where the towel rack was suppose to be. I noticed how dingy the carpet looked and there was a dark black stain. I contacted the front desk to explain only to hear oh, that’s too bad. I told the lady to make note of it so we won’t get charged. I checked out the hot tub only to find an overflowing garbage can, plus cans and bottles all around the hot tub as the guest had no garbage disposal. I wasn’t going in there. Next day, same overflowing garbage. We fell asleep around 10 pm only to be woken up by screaming and yelling in the hallway. This went on and off until 2 pm. Security never showed up. Beautiful ski day, came back at noon to have left over pizza and found a microwave that didn’t work. Cold pizza. I went down to the front desk to discuss this and the person there, Julie said she would contact the manager. She said to send her pictures of the holes and the stain. I followed through. We never heard anything back. At check out, I spoke to another person who gave me a business card for Laetitia L, manager. I have emailed this person 2 times with no response. How’s that for customer service. It’s been 3 weeks. Oh, and the internet had one bar. On top of that I hung my bathroom bag on the back of the door due to the lack of a towel rack. It’s big but I left without it. i explained numerous times room 374, tower 11, lost but all I get is an auto response saying they are still looking for the bag. I don’t believe it for a minute. I have stayed in this hotel before and it was fine. This time, I was embarrassed as it was a gift to my son and our room was like a 1 star motel room. I didn’t want to write such a bad review but after weeks of trying to reach out, I felt I must.

GGuest UserI honestly don't even know where to begin and never leave reviews but I feel like whats going on inside this place needs to be made more known to the public. From the very beginning, the blonde old receptionist sent us to the wrong hotel room with all of our luggage - TWICE. After trying to break into some other poor families room in the middle of the night, we called her and not only did she not even care and made us luggage everything back, but she lectured us about where we parked our car. Which, by the way, doesn't even matter. Considering we paid for a full weekends parking in the hotels garage but the entire garage was full with no parking for us because ”people sneak in on busy weekends and towing says its too busy to enter the village today”- as per ”Remi”, the receptionist. The hotel refused to reimburse us for this because there were parking options on the other side of the village which is not what we paid for. ESPECIALLY with all the ski and snowboarding equipment. While I will say that the room was nice, I dont trust the bed either. I'm not sure if its a reaction to the detergent used for the sheets but I'd really like to believe that the reaction on my arm wasn't from bed bugs.. On check out when we raised all of our concerns to receptionist, ”Remi”, he interrupted us in the middle of our convection to say ”Please to stop talking” because a call was coming in and told us to ”please go to the side because its rude to keep people waiting on the phone”. As it wasn't rude to completely disacknowledge our entire conversation. Which went no where, we were told to just write an email to the hotel when we get home and given no reimbursement for the parking we never received. Worst stay of my life. They have some SERIOUS customer service and staff training issues they need to address.. after investing in a better garage security system and new bedding.

We spent a night here in October 2021 on our tour through East Canada and can only report positive. Typical Road-Side Motel something outside the site (about 3 km) - to the resort about 8 km. Something in the years arrived with about 30 rooms but apparently carefully maintained. Very friendly reception, even if we arrived before the official check-in time. Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, all the necessary tools available. Bad clean, with necessary toilet articles. Very extensive breakfast freshly prepared - tastefully. Wi-Fi and parking free. We would like to stay here again at any time.
