"THE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️"

"My daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. "The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, it is near the Como Lago train station and right by Lake Como. Room 43 has a balcony with a view of the lake and the road. Room 3 on the first floor is close to the lake (higher floors will be better).
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is very direct and very good. Olive oil and vinegar are delicious when dipped into vegetables."

"The only regret is that the traffic is inconvenient. We didn't rent a car and it was really hard to get around. The bus had to run every hour. The supermarkets and restaurants were far away, so we couldn't go to Como Lake and the city center of Milan. Most of the time was in Stay at the hotel."

"The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. "I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time."

MMandy-lyThe hotel is in a great location and the service is thoughtful and warm! Beautiful hotel, high-end and comfortable! The breakfast is rich in variety and not bad! Lake Como is beautiful, I came here for the second time. The hotel is impeccable and very satisfied! There is an infinity pool on the roof with a nice view! The room is clean and tidy, highly recommended!

GGuest UserBeautiful and iconic property inside and out. It’s incredible to think that they’ve been able to maintain this establishment that was built in 1910 to such a high standard. All the spaces are so beautifully designed, even the spa itself.
We also were able to take wedding photos at the hotel which was a nice perk as some other Lake Como hotels restrict this even if you’re a guest. This we really appreciated as the venues within are very classic and stunning.
Some things to bear in mind of
- service at the restaurants is pretty inconsistent in terms of proactiveness, timeliness and attitude
- value for money for their food is average

GGuest Usermy wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good.
what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

SSHUJIIt is close to Milan Airport and is ideal for those who will be traveling by car, such as renting a car.
The people at the front desk were very friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants for dinner and nearby supermarkets, which we used.
It cannot be denied that the facilities are a little old, but the hotel was very clean and considering the balance with the cost, it gets high marks.
The breakfast variety was quite plentiful and delicious.
There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel.
This is a great hotel to stay the night before flying into Milan Airport.

October, weekend, quiet, facing the beautiful Como Lake, 1K+ cost is incredible (others are 3K-1.5). The hotel is relatively retro, and the rooms are small according to domestic standards. But the double rooms all have balconies, facing the lake view without obstruction, it is so beautiful.
The hotel breakfast is ordinary, but the dining environment is excellent. Pay attention to the meal fee when checking in and out, it may be double deducted.
The hotel is close to the port of Tremezzo, the city where it is located, and it is not noisy, but there are fewer ships coming here, and the ships stop earlier at night. Therefore, you must plan your transportation in advance (you can take various public transportation)
