"Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.
My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes).
Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time"

"The hotel it’s self is lovely! The location is ok it has a bus that gets you from hotel to the metro pretty much outside!
We ordered a take away and needed a plate…. No plates aloud to be given 🤦♀️….
1st room was floor 8! And it’s was adequate and pretty miserable in there so we requested a change which was floor 7 and it was pretty nice! It’s a quiet hotel!
If you can walk 10 minutes it’s that long to the metro but the metro gets you everywhere with a city pass"

Close to the historic center and Porta Venezia area, it is only 2 km from the Duomo and can be reached by public transport or by a vehicle that can circulate in area B. The hotel has a paid limited car park, business rooms, gym, bar and a restaurant where you can taste aperitifs and excellent dishes.
"Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room. The pillows are not comfortable. There was very cold in the room near the window and old air conditioning did not help much to mitigate this. The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back. I would strongly recommend the staff not to touch the clients’ belongings and definitely do not cause such loss. So improvements in the service are really expected if we are going to stay here again."

"Nice hotel in a quiet part of town but not too far from the centre.
Staff were generally helpful and considerate. The room was big/spacious though there was a tendency for it to get really hot.
The bathroom was well sized though the white goods seemed dated especially the shower. The shower water did not flow out easily so you end up being in the dirty bath water.
The carpets also seemed very dated and in need of a good steam clean.
The breakfast options in the morning were good enough with a choice of drinks. Provision of water in the room was also nice.
Other than, a pleasant stay."

"I went to this hotel for the second time. The advantage is that it is very close to the central train station of Milan. And secondly, our room did not have a tea maker like the last time, so we called and the problem was solved. Overall, it is a good hotel."

"Convenient location opposite the train station. There is a vintage elevator to the hotel floor. Thanks to previous reviews - we quickly found the hotel from the picture. It is located in a common building with other hotels - look for a sign on the facade, then behind the iron gates to the left to the elevator and the 3rd floor. Nice staff. Not noisy, there are breakfasts and a machine with snacks / water. There was a kettle and tea / coffee in the room. Bonus - a balcony. Shampoos / air conditioners / shower cap. Iron on request. Everything is clean."

FfanqiA fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning.
At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset!
Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

Hehe~ The hotel we stayed in this time was also very good. It was the Giulia Hotel next to the Milan Cathedral. I communicated with the hotel before checking in. My wife and I had a honeymoon trip~ The hotel gave us a honeymoon decoration, which was very warm and homey. The overall room was very good. The cathedral was next to it (although you can't see it haha). The room was also upgraded. It was a very, very good place. The guy at the front desk of the hotel also spoke Chinese. After chatting with him for a while, I found out that he was studying abroad at Zhejiang University. No wonder his Chinese was so good! In general, it was very, very good! The Italian trip is over! I want to come again next time, and I will stay here next time🇮🇹

GGuest UserThe property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub.
When I requested a room change, the receptionist informed me that it wasn’t possible that night and couldn’t guarantee a proper room for the following days. Surprisingly, he mentioned that having a bathtub is optional—even if you pay for a room with one—which felt misleading. To make matters worse, the room we received smelled slightly of moisture.
Thankfully, the next day, a new receptionist was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, moving us to the Premium apartment we had initially expected. This room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool.
Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive and helpful after the initial hiccup.

GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.

PPatchara ArunsuwannakornWe stayed for 2 nights here. Ostelzzz Milan is in central location, easily to reach to subway Lima and Milano Porta Venezia station. I could stroll along to visit many tourist attractions within 1-2 km radius. I booked a room with double bed, spacious than my expectations. There were few ceiling tiles cracked and showers a bit broken, but still function well. Breakfast came with coffee, fruit juice, milk, cornflakes, ham, cheese, croissants plain and chocolate flavor, all tastes surprisingly good. There are restaurant options in vicinity. Overall we had pleasant time in Milan and would recommend Ostelzzz for one of nice options. Last but not least, every single staff here is very helpful and has service minded.
