"Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential."

"I have been staying for a long time. Today, I talked with my friends about the thrilling trip that Lombok went swimming in the sea on M Island alone, and thought of this hotel I booked in Ctrip, just to say a few words. The beach side of M Island is not very easy to walk. This is a better hotel in M Island. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Dining upstairs can feel the sea view. There are not many restaurants and hotels on the island. It is recommended to choose T island. In the afternoon, I went swimming in the sea, and I almost came back from the undercurrent. I was scared to death. I found the local mimi decisively the next day and reported the local one-day island hopping. The captain's assistant took us to the sea for one to one snorkeling. Regularly take part in sea trips, safety first, it is recommended to locally connect micro lombok520, hoping to help people in need"

"Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.
The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).
The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.
Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast)
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok."

"The resort was pure luxury after island life! The hotel room was stunning and spotless, and it was wonderful to sleep in clean sheets. The open-air bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and its views towards the sea. I had delicious meals at the restaurant while gazing at the ocean and listening to its soothing sounds. So relaxing! I also tried the hotel spa, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. "This is a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, however, this hotel fell way below standard. The pictures of the hotel on Trip are not accurate- in fact I can see one of the pictures is an AI render and is in no way representative of the actual hotel. The room is damp and dingy, not clean at all and the walls are crumbling. I had booked 3 nights and left after 2 as I really couldn’t stay here. It’s a shame because the staff here are amazing; very kind and attentive, genuinely interested in talking to me and helpful with suggesting what to do on the island. They seemed sad when I left early but o really needed to get out. The location is good, 5 mins walk from the port and they have a beach front restaurant. The food was average, but that was consistent across all the restaurants I tried on Gili Meno."

"Исключительно сравниваю с прошлым хостелом на этом же острове.
Теплой воды не было, заселили сначала в номер, где из душа текло 2 струи и вода воняла так сильно, что страшно было мыться, ну и вишенкой на торте стало то, что прям возле хостела стоят рупоры и мы не могли спать из-за трансляции по ним на полную громкость молитв и песнопений(в 2 ночи уж не знаю, какие молитвы и зачем на весь остров)
К сожалению, это была худшая ночь на острове, проснулись разбитыми, но могу сказать, что за цену 1000₽ за ночь, отличный вариант для переночевать(если не будет ночных молитв).
Воду питьевую в номер не давали. Но сам хостел очень милый, добрый персонал, еда, напитки, кино, мероприятия. Бачок унитаза был расколот"

"I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great room design, caring and pleasant staff, delicious breakfasts. Magnificent territory. Dining area with a view of the sea. You can rent masks and see turtles. A beautiful reef to the right of the hotel area, they take you here for snorkeling. Usually arrives after 10 and before 11 am. After lunch around 4.30 pm. In the evening, Disney cartoons. Wonderful pool (far), tennis table and pool table under a canopy. There is a volleyball court."

GGuest UserI must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

I wish people didn't know how friendly and warm the staff at this hotel is.
I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze.
I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden.
Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset.
I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here.
I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it.

CCN Man 420We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!

The room itself was quite small & bathroom was not amazing.
I did sleep well as the blinds are good and air con can easily be adjusted.
Water is provided but really they could give more than one bottle so you don’t have to request more.
I booked this place because reviews said breakfast was amazing but I honestly didn’t think it was that special. You pick a main off a menu & then there is a buffet of pastries (which were very good for hotel pastries), fruit & juice. Coffee is additional which for the price really should be included. Maybe better depending on what you order from the menu.
Location is the far side from the port but every resort still turns into a party venue playing loud music from 4pm. Can we not just sit and watch the sunset listening to the waves?
Beach on this side has a lot of coral/rocks so swimming in the ocean you need water shoes.

XXiaLinCharleneFirst, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.

XxcratLocation is good, thats why i chose this hotel. Its not on the main street. But Im solo guy so this is best for me. Near to jetty and near to one and only night market and main night life area and all cafes. Hotel offers bikes rental and day trips with reasonable price. Its good enough for solo or couple who would go for diving for few days on the island. If u r in gili for more than 2 days, I’d suggest u go north to explore better hotels and different experiences on the island or meno or air would be for you. Very near to the beach for sun rise as well. Bfast is superb and other meals as well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pool is normal but they managed to use for the available space for it. Close to local mosque but they do provide some kinda ear plugs for that. But its just few mins during the day. Highly recommended. You cant expect very good hotels on the island with less crowded crowd and this is good enough for few days esp when its close to the jetty to leave.

GGuest UserMixed Experience at Royal Regantris Villa Karang.
I've stayed at this hotel twice, opting for the modern rooms. While the location is excellent – across from the beach and near the harbor – my experience was marred by some issues.
Cleanliness was average, with signs that the room could benefit from a deep clean. I found mould in the fridge, dirt around the shelves, and a noticeable stain on the floor that was missed during mopping.
Unfortunately, my stay was further tainted by a dishonest staff member who intentionally overcharged me for an iced latte. When I questioned the price, she acknowledged it was expensive without correcting the issue. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong change. The next day, another staff member quoted a significantly lower price for the same drink.
While most staff members were polite and helpful, the presence of at least one dishonest employee is concerning. The food was hit-or-miss, but the hotel's location and some friendly staff aren't enough to outweigh the negative experiences.
I'll think twice before staying here again, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
