"The room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road)."

"The room was great on the ground floor and a great view of the bridge. We only stayed one night so it all passed quite quickly but we were dropped back at the station by the hotel. Be sure to buy your tickets for entry to the scenic area before you arrived - you can get them on trip.com before the online booking closes at 3.30pm. We hadn’t booked ours but we managed to get them at the station when we arrived, . Luckily it was still open otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened- they check the tickets all the time in the village."

"**Welcome Amenities/Treats**: Upon arrival, each room was greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit. In the evenings, they even offered bedtime milk, and afternoon tea was available at the restaurant. Both the kids and the seniors absolutely loved these thoughtful touches! **High-Speed Rail Transfer Service**: The service was incredibly considerate. We could easily pre-book a shuttle service to tourist attractions with the front desk, which was extremely convenient! Beyond that, the kids were thrilled with the hotel's swimming pool and the rooftop hot spring. Our itinerary only allowed for a one-night stay, but the children were so happy they didn't want to leave!"

"I’m writing a review as a traveller from the UK, and the room was VERY expensive for what you got. BUT you aren’t paying for the room you’re paying for the view! Which was SPECTACULAR! See pics, these are from the window of the room. The room was okay for one night (all you really need in furong town) and the hotel did provide a pick up and drop back service from their local high speed rail station (it felt dodgy when going from the car park to the room but was okay). Traveller tip: YOU NEED TO PAY FOR ENTRY TO THE TOWN. When entering the town you have to pay a fee as it’s a scenic area of China, this is unavoidable and the hotel fine print does mention you have to pay this. All in all, you can enjoy an amazing view at this hotel, but I feel that for the price, you can stay elsewhere in this town and get the same experience for cheaper."

"Our experience was wonderful. People running this hotel are amazing, super kind, always helpful. I am Italian and I don’t speak chinese but with the translator we could communicate perfectly with them. The room was amazing, new and clean with a wonderful view of the village and river (we had booked a balcony room). At night it’s stunning! The bed was comfortable and wide. They have the elevator which is great and they are just 150 meters (2 mins) from the entrance gate of the ancient town. They provided a free shuttle from the railway station and helped us to obtain the tickets for the ancient town from our online reservations. It was very how during our stay and the air con was perfect in the room, they provided fresh water bottles everyday. Breakfast was chinese and super yummy (the best wonton in my life), they also have coffee, some backed cakes and toast bread. I really suggest to stay in this place!"

"This one need to walk down the stone pedestrian road, no lifts but staff try to make out to this by helping us with our luggage, they provide free pick up from the HSR station, once we enter the room the view is mesmerizing really glad we chose this hotel, breakfast was soup noodle which the broth is delicious and seated right beside the window breeze with nice view from the streams"

"I’m pretty sure this hotel is in the best location in Furong! The views of the waterfall are spectacular! My room had a balcony and I swear I had the best room in the town! They added me on WeChat and we were able to message on that and use a translate button to understand each other, as they don’t speak English. The hotel also has a rooftop that has incredible views over the waterfall too. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station for free. They also allowed me to fly my drone from the rooftop which was great because it allowed me to keep an eye on it! You don’t need long in Furong, one or two nights maximum, but you may as well book a hotel with the best views, so stay here!"

"This hotel offers a super convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Furong Ancient Town. It's definitely a much better choice than staying inside the town, where guesthouses often cost upwards of 1000 RMB and can get quite noisy at night due to bars and the constant sound of the waterfall. Staying here, just outside, ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station. It has nearly 200 rooms, and while the corridors aren't air-conditioned, the in-room AC works very well and keeps the rooms cool. A gym and laundry room are available. A convenient feature is facial recognition for room entry, so no key card is needed! They also have a tea room where you can brew your own tea. Breakfast is officially until 9:30 AM, but they usually don't clear it until around 10 AM. I'd recommend they just officially extend the breakfast hours to 10 AM. The only minor issue was the very weak water pressure in the shower."

The corridors were laid with thick carpets, muffling footsteps, and adorned with elegant ink paintings. Soft, warm lighting cast a gentle glow, making walks through them exceptionally soothing. Our guest room was clean and cozy. Stepping onto the balcony opened onto the viewing platform – wooden railings framed a lush bamboo grove. Tall, straight bamboo stalks with densely layered leaves swayed and rustled gently in the breeze. Standing there, surrounded by such vibrant greenery, even the air felt crisper. In the evening, the setting sun cast golden patches through the gaps in the leaves, with the shifting light and shadow creating the illusion of a secluded haven. On the fifth floor, there's another viewing platform offering panoramic vistas of Furong Town. Guests can also enjoy complimentary karaoke, singing while admiring the views and dining – we were absolutely thrilled with this experience! The service was a significant highlight. At check-in, the front desk readily shared tips on the best viewing times for the platforms. The cleaning staff were quiet and respectful while tidying and even discreetly swept fallen leaves from the balcony. When we wanted to sit on the viewing platform, staff promptly brought rattan cushions – every detail reflected their thoughtful consideration. Overall, this place seamlessly blends natural tranquility with warm, attentive service, ensuring a supremely comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip. This stay stands out as one of the most satisfying travel experiences I've had, even compared to numerous famous attractions I've visited!"

"I was tired from driving for too long on the return trip during the holiday. I chose a grade here. It should be considered a high grade nearby. I lay down without dinner at the hotel. I slept until 9 o'clock the next day and went hungry for breakfast. As a result, the food was eaten out of the flies, and now it was disgusting."
