Great location for the gondola. Extremely helpful & friendly staff at reception, bar restaurant spa/pool areas.
Hotel & rooms were spotless & well maintained.

Lovely staff, all very welcoming and accommodating. They were great with the children. Good food and plenty of selection. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. It was an all round lovely experience and great resort for beginners up to intermediate skiing. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel familiar , super bien situado para ir esquiar… trato muy cercano. También tienen varias actividades, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a Alexia la relaciones publicas del Hotel.. una chica maravillosa con una gran sonrisa, y ademas nos llevo a esquiar por todo Baqueira, Beret Bonaigua… en fin maravillosa, a incluir no os perdáis las actividades que realizan por la tarde muy divertidas y amenas. También comentar todos los servicios del Hotel son geniales, el Bistro se come muy bien, y el spa sin duda Desde luego repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias a todos!!

Personnel très agréable, beaucoup de francophones. La station n’était pas complètement ouverte en été. donc environnement un peu étrange pour un mois d’Aout. En hiver ça doit être bien différent.
