A very satisfactory stay.
I came to Baotou to catch up with the marathon. The road in the north was closed and I couldn’t live there. I temporarily found another one on the Internet.
Environment: Very close to the business district (Wuyue Plaza).
Hygiene: The beds are clean and tidy. There are hand sanitizer and soap in the bathroom. The water volume is not enough, but it is enough and the water is unobstructed.

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

JJvictoryWe were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

YYujianhaide yuThere are more than 300 yurts, the largest reception center on the Xilamuren Grassland. The yurts are different in appearance and decoration, all of which are modern in style, with independent bathrooms, air conditioning, hot water, high-end toiletries, mineral water, and clean bedding that meets the standards. There is a large restaurant in the center for standard meals, and a small restaurant for self-ordered meals, roasted lamb legs, roasted lamb chops, hand-held meat, and various special grassland restaurants. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the resort center for free parking. There are full-time reception staff to help carry suitcases and hold a traditional Mongolian dismounting wine and blue Hada welcome ceremony. After arranging check-in, the staff will introduce the content of the grassland tour activities and the time sequence, and enjoy preferential packages for self-driving tourists. One person can participate in the experience for a few hundred yuan. There is a large grassland night bonfire party in the evening. XxcdfThe resort is big, the rooms are clean, it is a regular resort. Ms. Yu, who was in charge of the reception, was very kind. She upgraded us to the viewing room for free, and helped us buy a tour package with a huge discount. She took us all the way around and helped us take pictures. I like it here. First, I rode a horse for an hour, and then went to watch the legend of Monan, where the equestrian show was very shocking. After that, I went to the ranch, drank mare's milk, took pictures in Mongolian clothes, archery and so on. In the evening, we will have a horse banquet at the resort, and there will be a song and dance performance for more than an hour, followed by bonfires and fireworks. Although it is the off-season and there are not many tourists, the actors are very good at mobilizing the atmosphere and everyone is having a good time.

I saw a couple of negative reviews on here from users who don't seem to understand the reality of 'remote'. If you want a spotless luxury spa, go stay in a city! But if you want a comfortable place to stay out on the grasslands, stay here :)

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThe yurts are a modern twist on the traditional yurts, these are more like hotel suites with a bathroom and separate shower within the yurt, a good feature if you are not looking for the authentic yurt experience. The drive to the grounds is very rural and you will drive past beautiful countryside scenery. within the grounds itself there isnt much to do, the owner will take you to neighbouring yurt hotels for bonfire, music and dance shows. On our drive back to Hohhot saw many other yurt complexes with more amenities (I don't know what the price difference is) and can't complain about the service, staff were very helpful and kind.
