在凱賓因臨時有事晚一個多小時退房被按規定收半天房費，以前在包頭克莉絲汀酒店也有這種情況，酒店都會不過下午六點退房按小時收費，這方面感覺凱賓不如克莉絲汀酒店做得好

臨時需要休息，選了這家鐘點房，結果真是一肚子火！
1. 前台服務太差：
• 按金難退！ 退房都快倆小時了，按金影子都沒見！要不是離店前想寫差評，看了一眼付款寶，沒退！我自己跑去去問，才磨磨唧唧退給我。合著我不問就當我忘了？
• 摳門到家！ 我就問能不能多送半小時，湊整到6點（也就多了半小時！），前台眼皮都不抬直接甩個“不行”。差這半小時房費你家要倒閉了？
• 補差價反被殺豬？ 退房時想着乾脆補錢續成過夜房吧，結果前台給的差價價格，居然比我在攜程上當場新訂一晚還貴出10塊！這操作真是迷惑到家了，合著把老客人當韭菜硬割？是真不怕丟生意啊！
2. 房間和設備：
• 老舊吵翻天！ 房間格局和設備一看就很有年頭了。最要命的是隔音等於沒有！隔壁像是開了個棋牌室，“噼裏啪啦”“歡聲笑語”不絕於耳，睡覺？做夢！好不容易隔壁消停了，走廊又不知道是保潔還是誰，“哐當哐當”整得跟交響樂似的，隔音是紙糊的嗎？衹能全程用枕頭捂住腦袋。
• 唯一及格點： 房間倒是夠大夠亮堂。可惜這優點在噪音和前台騷操作面前，完全被碾壓成渣了。
總結： 花錢買氣受！前台服務態度生硬、辦事推脱、規則死板、價格還亂來。加上這糟糕的隔音，睡覺簡直是奢望。絕對不會再來，也勸大家繞道！差評給得一點不冤！
