衞生：包頭下雨房間一直有蟲子、如果不特意給前台説他們是不處理的、衹會説下雨所以蟲子多、既然知道蟲子多為什麼不打掃衞生時處理一下
隔音：房間隔音超級差，經常半夜還能聽到隔壁房間的人在聊天，走廊上的講話聲就跟在你旁邊一樣
最終的是安全問題：服務員打掃完衞生沒有關門要求查監控，前台給我的回覆是不能查監控，要第二天他們經理上班才能看、讓我晚上先住，並且服務員都躲着不來房間解決問題，報了警之後才有人聯繫我可以看監控，一開始他們店長説因為打掃完忘關門的時間到我回來的時間有6個多小時、時間太長了，可以給我錄屏給我看，第二天他們經理來了就説不能錄屏，要陪我看，我出差哪有時間有6個小時啥也不幹看這個，經理説反正我也沒丟東西錄屏就是侵犯他人私隱，所以我一個女孩子，房間門打開6個多小時就不侵犯私隱、最後經理説讓公安局給我打電話、兩個人就在那裡互相推脱、一致覺得我沒丟東西無所謂、是覺得反正包頭那幾天天天下雨我也換不了酒店，我一個外地來的女孩子也無所謂，催他們儘快給我個交代，經理就開始她上有老下有小在我跟前賣慘、要不就是説請吃飯，我差你一頓飯錢麼，總之這個酒店就是沒問題的時候態度很好，一出了問題就各種和你打游擊，如果是一個女孩子單獨住店建議慎重，出了問題除了自己忍着沒有任何辦法

這是我最差的住宿體驗！！！早上七點出門告知前台麻煩保潔打掃一下客房衞生，中午十二點回來，房間原封不動，什麼也沒打掃，反饋給前台，前台一直道歉，但並不是前台沒有告知保潔，不是前台的問題！隨後又像前台要了水和新的浴巾毛巾，半個小時都沒有送到，隨後給前台反饋，前台小姐姐説已經跟客服説過了，並表示道歉，最後前台小姐姐自己給我送來水和毛巾，還有一杯美式作為補償（此處表揚前台小姐姐，你真的沒錯！），但作為一個客户來説，我出門很累了，需要的不是道歉，不是補償的美式咖啡，不是前台一直背鍋，是酒店的服務和支持，從始至終衹有前台一個人扛，沒有任何一個應該道歉的人出來表達態度，我都在懷疑自己為什麼要選擇連鎖酒店，住招待所不也一樣嗎？真是很差勁了！希望大家慎重選擇，也希望酒店能夠引以為鑒！
