房間很新，設施齊全，游泳池水很清，早餐品種豐富，停車方便。

每次來包頭基本住這裏，酒店環境不錯，房間設施相對滿意，前台服務很好，早餐也不錯。建議房間的所有燈開關都檢查維修一下，有的開關沒反應，床頭燈帶沒法關閉。

酒店在會展中心和體育場館旁邊，設施很先進。房間大而且寬敞，這次入住的行政層有個小陽台，但是沒有單獨的行政酒廊，有點名不符實。房間桌子黑色花紋上有咖啡或者可樂的黏糊糊的沒擦乾淨。另外淋浴間的熱水不夠大，下水也慢。酒店前台服務尚可。二樓中餐廳很地道，大家吃的很開心。

非常值得推薦的一個酒店，各個方面都非常好👍！我重點説一下酒店的蕎麥皮枕頭，真的真的太舒服了，我有嚴重的頸椎病，住店都要睡蕎麥皮枕頭，這個酒店的枕頭高度、寬度，長度，軟硬非常的舒服，睡的特別香，走的時候強烈要求酒店賣我一個，酒店滿足了我，這裏我推薦頸椎不舒服的朋友，如果到了包頭一定要住這裏！
