國企的架子，即要接待內部人員 又想賺外來遊客，前台服務死板 沒有靈活性，愛理不理的態度，房間裏的地板都撓起來，也不會去修理一下，入住房價還比別家貴，收取了旅客訂了早餐的價格 但旅客趕時間諮詢服務 能否幫忙打包一份，早餐券給工作人員， 拒絕旅客要求，氣得旅客撕掉早餐券！ 下次不會再入住這家酒店

包鋼 老一輩的情懷，位置極佳，去哪兒都極其方便，附近吃飯、逛街也方便，雖然洗手間是乾濕分離，但是略顯擁擠，早餐豐富，有羊雜湯哈。
