酒店位置比較好，在海洋館邊上，周邊有北京華聯廣場，飯館也非常多，酒店本身在公寓樓，電梯單側兩部可以供客人使用。地下車庫可以停車，車費酒店報銷。房間設施一般比較舊，最煩淋浴房漏水這種，我訂的親子房，要不是前一天剛在鄂爾多斯住過54平的親子間（有門廳，換衣間，沙發區那種），這家號稱80多平的房間我還就信了，就一長條房型怎麼也算不出八十多平，面積不知咋算出來的。最糟糕的是趕上國慶節有人結婚，隔壁從五點就開始吵鬧，説話聲，孩子的打鬧聲，挪動桌椅聲，高跟鞋走路聲，我的天，後來看所有人加起來有五六十，上下五趟電梯居然下不去。我不是怪客人，結婚喜事也能理解，但是好歹酒店跟我們打聲招呼啊，什麼表示都沒有，等我退房跟前台説這件事，衹得到回答國慶節就是有結婚的，沒辦法，後來回訪的客服也是表示沒辦法，頂多下次我去給我升房。我一個三五年都不會去的地方給我升級有啥用？酒店房間不隔音，接婚事好歹考慮別的客人的感受吧！沒那金剛鑽就別攬瓷器活兒，別衹顧掙錢。
