1，酒店無緣無故拿到我的身份證，並沒有任何解釋，不知什麼目的，已委託保山市公安局同志幫忙調查
2，房間內一股劣質香水味，聞到就一直想吐，噁心，嘔吐
3，枕頭一股汗臭味或一股莫名味道，不知幾個月沒換過枕芯了
4，睡了一晚上，蓋着一次性床墊的情況下，身上仍起紅疹，全身瘙癢
根據2，3，4情況已在三甲醫院就醫，就醫結果顯示受不乾淨細菌感染。
前往酒店領取被扣留的身份證時，態度特別差，直接一扔，房卡早在9點左右就放在前台，可是店家高度近視，硬是看不見，態度惡劣問我房卡在哪，結果就在眼皮子底下。
派出所同志幫忙詢問身份證具體事宜時，滿嘴謊言，口無遮攔，甚至對我們的人民警察都毫無態度可言。
保山是我國一座歷史悠久的偉大城市，保山人民更是英雄的後代，可是出現這樣的酒店，這樣的店家，實屬令人無語，令人無法接受，大家不要像我一樣攤小便宜，釀成大禍！
