ChenZi Hotel

Objective review: The hotel is new, and the room amenities are relatively new. The mattresses are soft, and the decor is very stylish. However, there are some minor drawbacks: insects are known to crawl into the rooms, and rooms facing the road are quite noisy. The soundproofing is also poor; I suggest installing soundproofing strips under the doors.

I was notified at 6pm that the hotel WiFi was broken and they said they would fix it shortly. I called four or five times and they kept telling me they were fixing it. However, there was no response until morning. The front desk was indifferent and the owner was perfunctory. This isn't a newly renovated hotel and some of the old hotel's things were still in use in the rooms. I never comment on this hotel and I'm speechless.

不錯的選擇、非常乾淨，新裝修的吧，有電梯老闆娘很熱情❤️下次還來她們家住，不知道保山特產在哪裡可以買，剛好遇到美麗的老闆娘回來，就帶着我和我兒子去逛了2個小時，買了好多好吃的、挺細心的老闆👍床品舒服睡了一個美美的午覺值得推薦！

酒店前台服務非常貼心，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，滿足客人需求，讓客人感到温馨舒適，床鋪舒適，環境很好，採光好！配有桌子。很安靜。服務熱情周到熱情！而且離商業街很近出行也方便快捷，很不錯的酒店，值得入住！

房間性價比很高，總枱服務也好，硬件不錯。衹是浴室玻璃能高到屋頂就好了，隔音，玻璃最好毛玻璃，防尷尬。還有就是廁所氣窗沒紗，蚊子前赴後繼的進。照片衹是打死蚊子的一半
