承上文評論，分低了，平衡下，個人評分4.8左右
先説優點:離保山火車站很近，電子密碼鎖門，還算安靜。有客廳廚房，裝修還不錯，適合家庭旅遊合租。在小區裏面，有很寬的地下停車場，車位充足，沖這點，設施給5分。
不算大的缺點:沒有路牌，不太好找。房間屬於套間的其中一個，一個套間有4個房間，同套間住的還有其他房客，隔音效果不太好，衹有一間廁所。臨時入住，中肯評價，希望有所幫助。

就在保山火車站邊上的小區，五分鐘走路路程。房間很乾凈，裝修很温馨，回家的感覺。房東夫婦非常nice，距板橋青龍街也近。

民宿位於居民區內，晚上很安靜，空調也沒噪音；自助入住非常方便，公區很大，有客廳、陽台，可以晾衣服，行李多也放得下；有提供廚房、冰箱，設施齊全；老闆推薦的飯店和咖啡店都沒踩雷，非常靠譜

老闆人很好，免費幫我們升級了房型，然後耐心的給我們講解房屋服務設施。
民宿地理位置很好，就在高鐵站出來走10分鐘左右就可以到。
民宿很乾凈，還有飲水機供應。
