優點：乾淨整潔，洗漱用品配備齊全，洗澡水流很充足，床品舒適，空間也挺大，經營者熱情好客，會盡量滿足客人的需求，聽介紹説還有免費的洗衣服務，感覺很適合長期租住。不足：位置偏僻，店家雖有提供電瓶車使用，但是管理未能跟進，導致此物形同虛設，出入衹能打車；另外請經營者做好自身的情緒管理，改進一下解決問題的方式，之後的管理就會越來越輕鬆。ps：雙床房超級大，兩張都是1.8m的，只是兩張床軟硬度大相徑庭，請注意斟酌。

房間全智能，第一次住也，床鋪被子很乾凈，另外房間物品配備特別齊全，連洗面奶、一次性的洗面巾、護髮素等其他的酒店很少配備的都有。特別感謝的是我把數據充電線丟房間，小妹給我打電話，又騎電驢送我，謝謝謝謝～～～

之前一次偶然的機會入住了她家一店拉夫瑞，入住當天女友我倆就徹底愛上了。這次入住新店還是一如既往保持了她家的同價位高品質。房間非常整潔舒適，有80寸左右的大電視，安靜舒適的空調，高速吹風機，好用的智能馬桶，全套的一次性洗浴用品（手巾毛巾浴巾）等等……各種硬件可以説是拉滿了，不僅遙遙領先於同價位，還能越級吊打一些200檔以上的酒店。服務方面還是和一店一樣的熱情暖心，還有自助的小電驢可騎。交通環境方面：靠近客運站，保山較小出行周邊都挺方便，環境靜謐…總之一句話，衹要你住過一次，就想要成為她家的回頭客（ps：即將又要來保山考試，結果她家一二店全部提前半個月訂滿，害我自己都沒訂上0.0我的寶藏店鋪被越來越多人發現真是又喜又憂哈哈）
