酒店的服務員非常好，經理有點毛病，一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨。走時不一樣哦，搞不好會有扣錢項目，停車方便，設施齊全，床不是很舒適！周邊的環境挺方便！希望酒店管理者換更專業的，

服務態度不好，已經退完房，辦完手續了。人都離開酒店了，又發訊息説一個茶杯蓋損壞了，需要賠償七塊錢！辦理退房的時候清點完畢就喝了一瓶礦泉水，交了三塊，退完房人走了説有損壞，當時幹嘛呢？
