幫別人訂的房間，當時自主辦入住的時候前台還問了是在哪裡訂的，説了攜程。凌晨三四點給我打了兩個電話問我什麼時候來入住？？？？？就算要問什麼時候來入住，也該在十二點前吧？三四點你給我打電話

半夜一點多才到酒店，前台説我已經登記過，讓我們等了十多分鐘，才處理好，進房間洗澡漏水，床上四件套很多黑色絨毛，頭髮，中途讓前台換房間説滿房了，衹能讓服務員換過一次還是很臟，仍有頭髮殘留，我本身易過敏體質，實在不敢睡，一直在沙發上坐着，直到凌晨四點多，實在困忍不住睡了四個多小時，早上起來渾身癢，起疹子，上午11點多找平台客服處理，直到下午五點多酒店一直不作為
