酒店位置優越，節前出遊路過，下高速順手訂的，這裏着重想説一下前台工作人員，第二天早上離店時外面下着小雨，因為要趕路返程，我發動着車在酒店車庫門口等着，讓我老婆拿房卡到前台退房、退按金，大概五六分鐘都還沒辦完離店手續，後來我停車熄火到酒店前台，前台工作人員要求我把攜程訂單取消掉，扯什麼如果不取消的話要收兩次的房費！後來我堅持不取消才不情不願的退還按金給我們。我就想問一下前台工作人員：你們想讓我取消訂單的目的是什麼？省了那15%攜程佣金？不給客人差評的機會？耍那點小聰明，我實在是忍無可忍！
