The room provides bunk beds for children, which the whole family likes. It is a very quiet port city, and the small beach at the door is very clean. The restaurant is very beautiful.

Wir haben uns auf drei Tage Erholung in einer besonderen Umgebung gefreut und wurden diesbezüglich enttäuscht. Die Fotos Homepage versprechen ein Hotel an einem ruhigen Ort mit Privatstrand. In Wirklichkeit steht es am Ortsanfang an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, umgeben von hohen Apartementhäusern. Der Strand ist ein öffentlicher Strand mit einem kleinen abgegrenzten Abschnitt für das Hotel. Man zahlt allerdings für die Liegen extra und hat auch keine Garantie eine zu bekommen. Außerdem muss man sagen, dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind, ebenso der Pool. Positiv ist zu sagen, dass das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam ist. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet, hat allerdings am Montag und Dienstag geschlossen. Fazit: Der Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch!

Un hôtel hors de prix avec une chambre au sous-sol avec vue sur les moteurs de Clim facturée plus de 300€ .!!! J’espérais mieux en réservant sur internet. Un restaurant servant une cuisine bien mais sans plus et surtout des portions congrues. Un service débordé, car manifestement on avait trop chargé la salle de clients . Résultat : attente et il faut répéter pour se faire enfin servir… du pain alors que le plat est terminé depuis 10 mn !!! Bof bof !

La déception est dès l'arrivée, l'hôtel vendu comme un havre de paix sur la plage est en réalité sur un giratoire très fréquenté bordé par le train. La bâtisse ancienne est mal rénovée, le personnel, impassible à toutes les remarques et doléances, laisse sous entendre que le problème, c'est vous ! Un seul mot d'ordre; FUYEZ !!!

Prestation pas la hauteur pour un 4 étoiles tout en supplément le spa, la plage, le pdj et même le parking .. vue sur la mer mais a travers un fenêtre chambres tes petites … personnel correct mais sans plus .. bref un attrape touriste a 500€ la nuit ..!!

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter tout en étant assez isolé de la foule des touristes qui envahissent Collioure. Un très bon accueil, la chambre au rez-de-chaussée est agréable, il y manque un petit frigo. Pour ce qui est de la plage privée, un petit bémol car les réservations de transats arrivent de tout côté ( hôtel, sur place et internet) et du coup difficile d'en avoir un. Mention bien pour le petit déjeuner.

Из плюсов - отличное расположение, пляж у отеля, чудесный вид, профессиональный персонал, прекрасные завтраки, отличная уборка, дизайн номеров и многое другое! Из минусов - все плюсы, если вы берете номера с видом на море (желательно с джакузи). Номера попроще сильно уступают и не столь привлекательны

Забронировали номер с видом на море, оплатили, приехали, дают номер с видом на дорогу. Никаких вразумительных объяснений! Разница в цене за 4 ночи примерно 400 евро. Черт бы с деньгами! Планировал отпуск тщательно и заранее! Настроение никакое! Всем советую учесть мой печальный опыт! Продолжение следует… завтра пообщаюсь с этим типа менеджером! С удовольствием опишу ситуацию!

Vu les commentaires précédents on voit clairement que la direction n’en a rien à faire de l’avis des clients qui ne paie leur week end que 500€ ! Une chambre a presque 200€ la nuit sans frigo ni minibar… évier bouché, une unique dosette de café et une de déca, donc si vous êtes en couple pierre feuille ciseau pour qui vas boire un deca, il ne faudrait pas coûter trop cher… , très loin du standing d’un 4* la seule chose à la hauteur sont le matelas et les produits de toilettes. Apparemment c’est par soucis d’écologie qu’il n’y a pas de petit frigo dans les chambres… mais une piscine chauffée? Soyez cohérents la consommation d’un mini frigo de 5L sur 20 chambres comparé à la consommation électrique d’une structure de cette taille. Sommier et housse de matelas tachée de café également, peut être que ça n’arrive pas dans les suites avec jacuzzi ! Si vous ne prenez pas les chambres haut de gamme ne venez pas dans cet hôtel, à ce tarif vous trouverez mieux ailleurs, quitte à prendre la voiture et faire 5minutes de route pour éviter la frustration d’être pris pour un imbecile… Ensuite, plage privée ? Oui mais 30euros pour en profiter donc en fait c’est une paillote comme on peut en trouver partout mais sans bar et sans service de restauration ? (Sauf en pleine saison 2 mois dans l’année) Ne venez pas non plus un week end de jours fériés car comme j’ai pu lire dans le commentaire de la direction vous êtes en tarif haute saison, mais sans les prestations. Merci au restaurant de remonter le niveau!
