Best lah untuk anak² kecik , sbb ada waterpark .. cuma nak cari kedai makan susah sikit area sini.. satu lagi dkt apps tulis kena bayar rm50 je untuk surcharge bilik.. tpi dah smpai kaunter kena tambah lagi rm100 untuk 2 hari , so total rm 150.. selamat lah ada cash.. kena org dh bayar booking tiba² dtg kaunter nk check in tak berduit lagi. Comfirm terjadi tragedi dkt bawah tu..

Bad service. Stained sheets
The path to the room is dark and gloomy
The fee is expensive and not worth it especially during school holidays (be prepared for surcharges and theme park tickets not included)
The counter staff is bad and not really helpful
The remote battery is rusty
The chairs on the veranda are torn
The window in the toilet is not even secure for people to use in the toilet

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

The worst hotel ever with RM 200 on weekend..
- Towel soo dirty. Obvious stains
- Room numbers broken, toilet pipe leaks
-Aircond not cold, dirty,dusty, sticky and mouldy!!!
- cockroaches everywhere inside the room
- Receptionist not friendly

Simply I tell you no good maintenance
Service is a very bad treat for customers like ( if you want to check in go it, if you don't want to it's okay)
This is the service I had over there
And then the room maintenance and cleaning was in very very bad condition the bed got bug , uncleanness bathroom and the tv it not working
