Sgt membazir stay di sini 1 mlm. Tempat usang sgt bilik berbau, cadar Kotor mcm x bertukar, tandas pon Kotor!!. Menyeramkan mlm2 x dpt tdo dgr mcm2 area uma ats. Siapa yg berhajat nk stay sini..mohon pikir 100kali.
Harga bilik tidak termasuk tiket theme park. Dewasa rm35 & kanak2 rm25
Mmg tidak akan kembali lagi. Membazir sgt rasa!! 😭😭😭

It's great for little kids, because there's a waterpark.. just trying to find a restaurant is a little difficult in this area.. another thing is that on the app it says you only have to pay RM50 for the room surcharge.. but when you get to the counter you have to add another RM100 for 2 days, so a total of RM150.. it's good to have cash.. people have to pay for booking and then when they come to the counter to check in they don't have any money left. Bad service. Stained sheets
The path to the room is dark and gloomy
The fee is expensive and not worth it especially during school holidays (be prepared for surcharges and theme park tickets not included)
The counter staff is bad and not really helpful
The remote battery is rusty
The chairs on the veranda are torn
The window in the toilet is not even secure for people to use in the toilet

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.
