The bed’s are so hard and the mattress is so thin. My back was hurting all night. There were bed bugs and cockroaches in the shower. There was mold in the bath tub. The toilet was stinking so bad and there were no nets for the mosquitoes. As you can see in the photos the thing that looks like poop he picked it up with his hand and threw it out the balcony. PLS if you see this don’t come here.

Horrible hotel, very dirty, hairs in the shower, friend got eye infection from the dirt under bed. No beds, only two mattresses one on another. No sleepers, no shower gels, nothing. Fridge didn't work. Friend's room didn't have electricity

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. In the floor i am staying there is also a group of children staying in the rooms around us. They are siply talking out loud all the time, screaming and running all over the corridors, which means out of my room. We asked them kindly to behave quite and next we asked to the reception to find a solution, but both the didn’t care not at all. It’s unacceptable and ridiculous especially from the people working on the hotel, that they cannot take control of what’s happening. I came here to relax and the only thing i ended up doing was getting mad by the noise.

First of all, not worth the money, the rooms were not clean and the beds were horrible. The towels were not changed, and the ones that we were given were ridiculously small. There was always noise, making it impossible to sleep. The public toilets in the lobby were disgusting. The breakfast was so poor and definetly not fresh. The restuarant was closed during lunch time. No covid measures were taken. No service was provided for a transport from and to the bus station. But at least the guy at the bar was very friendly

Thankfully I did not get to experience this hotel; however the booking process was appalling. We booked an apartment, that got moved to Sunrise hotel on confirmation of booking. In the process they added on an extra €200 to the price, added in dinner on NYE (which we didn’t ask for) and when i questioned it was told I didn’t book an apartment in the first place. I had the screenshot of my original booking and when I requested to keep the same priced apartment without dinner I was told that it was not an option and they cancelled the booking. This happened just a little over 2 weeks before my trip. Dreadful customer service!

Μακριά...ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στο Μπάνσκο...πληρώστε κάτι παραπάνω κ κλείστε σε 5αστερο...από πού να ξεκινήσω..πενταβρωμικα σκεπάσματα,,λεκέδες στις πετσέτες,βρώμικο μπάνιο,βουλωμενος νιπτήρας..η μπαλκονόπορτα είχε κενά και σφύριζε όταν φυσούσε με αποτέλεσμα να είναι κρύο το δωμάτιο..όταν παραπονέθηκαν στη ρεσεψιόν για το κρύο μου είπαν ότι δήθεν τελείωσε το αέριο κ περιμένουμε ανεφοδιασμό..εν τω μεταξύ είναι συνδεμένοι σε μόνιμο αγωγό αέριου.. εννοείται οτι ξανα-απευθύνθηκα ότι δε ζεσταίνεται το δωμάτιο κ ζήτησα αλλαγή δωματίου..το μόνο που έκαναν ήταν βάλουν κολλητική ταινία στο κενό και να μας δωσουν καλοριφέρ πρίζας.παμε κ στα ενδότερα στα "ΣΠΑ",μούχλα και υγρασία παντού στο σημείο να στάζουν τα ταβάνια,σκουριασμένα όλα τα μεταλλα του χώρου,στον πάτο της πισίνας βρωμιές&το τζακουζι ανάβλυζε μια μόνιμη άσχημη μυρωδιά.ισως το μόνο θετικό το πρωινό που είχε ποικιλία& ποσότητα.απο τις πιο απογοητευτικές εμπειρίες. Μ Α Κ Ρ Ι Α ! ! !

Για ένα βράδυ που έκατσα, έμεινα αρκετά ικανοποιημένος. VFM ξενοδοχείο πάντως με αυτά που προσφέρει. Με βοήθησαν οι άνθρωποι να ξεθάψω και το αμάξι απ το χιόνι, τους ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ. Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σίγουρα.
