There were 5 (2 couples and a single person) of us travelling together for one night in Bano. The accommodation suited us perfectly. We had the top floor to ourselves. Each of us had our own bathroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and complimentary products of high quality. Centrally located near restaurants , shops and market stalls. Highly recommended

Hermoso todo. Habitaciones, atención, experiencia en Luna Volcán. Todo vale completamente su precio, todo se complementa de manera excelente. La habitación #4 donde estábamos nos pareció preciosa y el área común es sencillamente espectacular. Volveremos de ley!

La estancia en Casa del Balcón es excelente, las habitaciones son amplias y además cuentan con espacio para preparar alimentos en caso que así lo deseen. Igualmente la ubicación es estratégica, está cerca de la zona rosa y permite salir a dar paseos nocturnos y disfrutar de Baños entre amigos.

Es un lugar acogedor, muy lindo, esta ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, lo que le hace increíble! Tiene el desayuno en el Café del Cielo, un lugar increíble , con una vista maravilla a la cuidad de Baños, la comida es deliciosa, muy recomendado.

Fue una agradable experiencia, el hotel está en el centro de Baños y eso me agradó mucho ya que está ubicado en un lugar en el cual tenemos muchas comodidades a nuestro alcance, es un hotel muy lindo con todas sus instalaciones muy modernos, las habitaciones son muy limpias y acogedoras, excelente para ir en pareja.

El lugar nos gustó mucho, es comodo, tiene una excelente ubicación el desayuno está incluído y además tienes el pase a la piscina de luna volcán en dónde disfrutamos mucho de un atardecer impresionante. Todo está acorde al precio, seguro que volveremos
