Regresaría una y otra vez a este mágico lugar, la pasamos increíble con la persona que más amo. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar en pareja. Gracias por la atención brindada fue una experiencia inigualable, las instalaciones son hermosas y su gente muy amable y cálida. Felicitaciones!

The place is beautiful, but the service was terrible. At reception, no one greeted me or gave directions to the spa. At the spa, no one welcomed me, and the lockers were broken. I left my valuables with the staff, but later found them left unsecured on a table. When I asked for them back, they said, "We don’t know whose they are. Just take them if they’re yours." To make matters worse, the restaurant had flies that constantly bothered us while eating. The lack of professionalism and cleanliness made the experience very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

El lugar es muy lindo, todo estaba bastante limpio y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno. Súper recomendado. También hubo un tour nocturno que estuvo bastante caro a mi parecer, sin embargo, ese tour era completamente opcional. A parte de esto, el lugar y sus áreas recreativas son excelentes.

I loved the property. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, restaurant, room) were outstanding.
I will return with my family.
Only minor comment: properly is not for people with limited mobility as it has multiple hills and steps to get to the room and pool.

El motivo por el que llegué a Zamari es porque mi hijo me recomendoʻ el llegó hace pocos años con el Colegio Alemán y le encantó y no estuvo equivocado. Su gerente propietaria fuera de serie y un Staff de lujo. Un verdadero equipo de trabajo de calidad y con calidez clara cómo no ser el mejor con ese calor humano que reciben al visitante? Visiten Baños de Agua Santa y llegué y siéntase como en su casa llegando en Hostería Zamari. Para nunca olvidar. UNA EXPERIENCIA RELIGIOSA.
