Amazing, it was our third year in a row and we are super happy. 100% excellent, people Who work there are happy and they have many reasons to be. We spent 3 days there, and everything ran smoothly and easily. Luna crew was very friendly and helpful.

An unusual, out of the way hotel perched high above the town of Baños de Agua Santa. Our room was spacious and overlooking their vegetable garden, which was given meticulous care by a small army of gardeners. It seems most guests (also day guests) come for the spa and pool right out on a cliff with a spectacular night time view of the town below. We had half board which doesn't offer much choice, but was good all the same. The service was also acceptable, if not remarkable. In the end, though, nothing to really complaint about.

Luna Volcán es un acogedor lugar, idóneo para relajarse y escapar del estrés diario. El servicio del personal es muy cálido y gentil, la calidad de las instalaciones es alta, la comida es bastante buena y las vistas sobre la ciudad de Baños son espléndidas.

Cuentan con un servicio excelente, realmente es una experiencia de lujo en el campo. Las habitaciones son hermosas y el área de piscinas es impresionante, sobretodo en la hora del atardecer y el menú del área del bar es excelente, recomiendo probar el ceviche de frutos del mar.

fue una experiencia súper única, muy lindo para ir con amigos, la atención muy agradable, tienen muchas áreas verdes con una vista única hacia la ciudad, todo el personal es muy atento y se encargan de que sea una experiencia inolvidable, me gustaron mucho las habitaciones muy elegantes.
