We went to this place on 21st to 23rd December 2024 with a family of 5 adults and 1 child. We were given 2 rooms at the beginning most probably room no.18 and 19. 1 was on ground floor and other on 1st floor. Both the rooms had a damp smell as if the rooms were never opened. The furniture is broken and worn out, the tap of the basin constantly leaks since I was traveling with senior citizens due to water leaking it became very dangerous at night,some can slip. I have shared all the photos. Then wifi doesn't work in these rooms. Next day we were shifted to different rooms which were room no.1 and 4 and both the rooms had hell and heaven differences. I dnt understand when u r carrying such a big brand name and charging so high fare why can't I maintain the resort. This resort has all facilities like a play area, hardness but lack of staff for maintenance. The restaurant staff is also inadequate and the taste is not good. The food prices are very high compared to the service and taste.

Bibek made a big difference during our stay here. His recommendations regarding food, ***** with his service and hospitality were very good. The cleaning service in the rooms should be improved regarding the towels and the kettle. The facilities of the activity room should also be kept in a better condition.

I have a mixed review from this resort. We had great expectations from the brand Perless but it didn't match expectations at all. Day 1. We were given 2 rooms, 18 and 19, the moment we got inside the room were greeted with damp smell, as if the room was not open for days. The windows were permanently closed and there was wooden windows so no light got inside the room. The full room was damp specially room no.18. The floors, walls were all damp. The furniture was worn out and no maintenance of the room was done. The wifi did not work in these rooms. The basin line was faulty and whole night water leaked. My mother, my aunt and my uncle and all senior citizens were in that room and by chance if anyone slipped on it then there would have been a big accident. After complain the pipe line was repaired in the NXT morning, room fresheners were applied but al after complain. You r charging 6000 per room and this is the maintenance. Day 2. We were shifted to a different room 1 and 4. These rooms were clean, the towels were clean even we got a shaving kit in toiletries but it was not given in room 18 and 19 but charges r the same. The difference could be felt. Food - Very High price. Taste average, breakfast spread average. 1st day all meals were served with less salt. But the staff was good, they came and asked if there was any problem and tried to solve, again kitchen is under staff. You need to wait for 1 hr for your meals. The staff even house keeping try to help you but if u keep minimum staff and run the show then u have dissatisfied customers. Good Point - The resort is big. Kids play area and game rooms is there for recreation. Location is good. The exterior is neat and well maintained. If you take my recommendation avoid this resort and try some other place.

The resort is in a nice location overlooking the Kangshabati river. The room was nice and clean. The food at the on-facility restaurant quite good. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are courteous. Highly recommended if you are visiting Mukutmonipur.

This is a nice accommodation, close to Mukutmanipur Dam. The resort itself is well maintained and having open areas, flowers and with the Kangsabati river in the background, the stay here is very relaxing. The restaurant is having average breakfast menu. The lunch, snacks and dinner are as per your choice. They take good care to satisfy you. Though sometimes they switch the orders by mistake, but their approach is 100% sincere. The food quality is good. For visiting the dam, you need to call a toto through reception (it’s not a walking distance). Car is not allowed on the dam on weekends. On weekdays, you can take your car on the dam after getting a permission (free of cost). But the catch is that the permission is valid for two hours only per day. Also, the main road to the dam is closed (may be meant for VIPs only). And the for the side entry to the dam, there is no signage available. Hence, after visiting other places, when we were able to reach the dam entry point after checking with the locals for the route, it was close to permission limit and we had to hurry up our dam visit. These informations could have been disseminated at the reception. But unfortunately tourism is not taken to that level at Mukutmanipur. Nevertheless our stay at Peerless Resort and visiting Mukutmanipur was splendid.

Superb property. The food quality is very good. Very Good room service. Madam Archana and Mr.Himadri have very good customer services team. Delux lake view room and special lake view room have excellent view of river. I recommend to visit everybody of Tour lovers Thank you.

The resort and staff were good , resturant and foods were excellent, Staying with pollution free natural ambience is very satisfying. The vegetable garden was impressive,.Improvements required on room service and package tour to local sites with a guide.
